Everything you hear and see is a lie. Website claims that their blower will dry a car in 5 minutes. I have a small sedan and after 20 minutes the car was still wet and I had to use a towel. They claim easy returns, also a lie. I returned my blower a month ago (2/2/2026) and still have no credit. I have had about 20 emails between myself and their customer service group. The last email on the 19th of February said they would prioritize my return. Today is the 27th of February, and no response or credit has been provided.

It’s been 3 months since I first raised an issue with this company via email. Will no resolutions. They promised me a refund 6 weeks ago and still nothing. They reply to emails once a week and say they will look into it and then I don’t hear back.
Original review
I placed an initial order (15241) for one blower to test the product. It performed well — strong airflow, exactly as expected. Based on that, I proceeded with a second order (17736) for five additional units.
The blowers from the second order are significantly weaker and clearly not performing at the same standard as the first. The difference in airflow is obvious and unacceptable, particularly when ordering multiple units based on prior performance.
I have now been dealing with your support team for over a month seeking a resolution. I have requested either replacement units that match the original product specification or a full refund. Neither has been provided.
This is not a minor issue — it is a clear inconsistency in product performance. The prolonged delay and refusal to resolve the matter properly reflects very poorly on your customer service.
If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will escalate the matter further and share my experience publicly.
Very disappointing.
It’s now been 2 weeks since I left review and still no resolution. They are no longer replying to me. Even after they responded to this review and said they will look into it.

First, I’m really sorry for the experience you’ve had. I completely understand how frustrating this must be, especially since your first order (#15241) performed well and gave you the confidence to place a larger second order (#17736).
If the airflow on the five additional units feels noticeably weaker, that’s definitely not something we want you to experience. I also apologize that this has been going on for over a month. That’s far longer than it should take to get a clear resolution.
I’m reviewing the details of both orders again so we can properly assess the difference you’re describing and figure out the best way to resolve this. Whether that means replacement units that meet the expected performance or another solution, our goal is to make this right.

Great product, great customer service
Really love their product, I bought a Jet Blower and have many more uses around the house than I would have imagined. It works great as a leaf blower and for clearing the dust and dirt off my backyard trampoline.
Excellent customer service as well. Would highly recommend.

Drains the battery in under 5 minutes
Works well for about 2-3 minutes then completely drains the battery (I have the DeWalt version). The batteries get very hot and need to cool down before recharging. Highly priced for such a disappointing performance.

The product itself was great
The product itself was great, but the shipping time was extremely long—about 80 days, nearly three months from ordering. I had started to lose confidence and was close to requesting a refund when it finally arrived. Aside from that I find it an A1 product and very happy with its performance since using it.

This is great tool
I have to say, I really enjoy this blower. I use it in my wood shop to clean up my workbench, and I’ve also used it on my cars, even to blow snow a couple times (Alaska)—love it for both.
The only downside I’ve noticed is that it gets quite hot if I leave the DeWalt battery attached, and it will also slowly drain the battery. I just have to remember to remove the battery after each use.

After seeing all the Facebook ads, I purchased the Jet Blower 2.0. And I have been very impressed. It’s exactly what they advertised. I’ve blown out my garage, used it for leaves, and used it to blow out the inside of my semi truck. I use it with my Milwaukee M-18 batteries. I have recommended this to several friends and family members.

Great product, light weight, easy to use, multiple batteries work with it. I received the item quickly after my order, and put it to use immediately. Can't recommend it enough if you are serious about keeping your car or bike looking great!
