The young lady who showed us around and rented us the space was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. She had ALL the answers, knew what we needed to provide and was extremely helpful and as flexible as we needed her to be in order to handle our needs right then. We had a great experience.

I found StorPlace as a traveler who had just been in a wreck. A vehicle had crashed into the back of a trailer that I was towing with my vehicle. I do not know what I would have done without the assistance of StorPlace and its staff. I had to find a place to secure the items that I was carrying in my trailer. Storplace provided an answer to me in all aspects security, cleanliness, availability, and administration. Since my immediate needs were met, Allison has be remarkable. She is truly an angle on my shoulder in helping me deal with insurance companies' request. She is happy to provide assistance when requested. I could not be more please with StorPlace. Certainly 5 stars in my book.

With the short six months of involvement with StorPlace of Greenwood it has been nothing short of expert experience. From the initial introduction of the kind people behind the counter to the recent transition of moving into a larger unit. I would suggest to all for your storage needs save the hassle of venturing out to a lower expectation and check this facility first. They even brought out cold bottle of waters when we were packing our content over to another unit. Who these days does that?

The facility is clean and consistent. Front desk service is very accommodating. Really appreciate outstanding service after being treated disrespectfully at another facility in the area.

The StorPlace on Mallory Lane in Cool Springs has a convenient and safe location. The front office staff are excellent (Tiffany & Kate--I think). The storage units are competitively priced. The units are clean and dry and well maintained in a secure area.
