Order went well however when fire…
Order went well however when fire bricks arrived 2 of the side panels were damaged at the edges through faulty packing. These were resent to me but the side edges still had a little damage.

Unfortunately couldn’t use the glass as broken by the time it arrived, had to have a refund. This isn’t their issue it’s who supplied the glass and how it was packaged which was poor. They feel it was the delivery that was an issue.

Good service and communication
The parts were just what I needed and arrived undamaged. One of the parts was out of stock despite the website letting me order it, however Rich from Stove Supermarket quickly emailed me to tell me about the situation and gave me the option to cancel the order or wait for the part to be restocked, so good comms. The part was back in stock and delivered so fast I probably wouldn't even have noticed if they hadn't said anything!

I think the whole stove business is expensive and it does take the shine out of having a new stove, the positive side is spare parts are available. I still would recommend.
