A very good customer support team, they gave me all the information right from the beginning. It’s been only one month since I started my treatment; I can feel the pressure on my teeth while I am wearing the aligners, which is normal although a bit painful.

The company was recommended by one of my friends. So far I am happy with the progress made. Aligners are comfortable although when I started wearing them in the beginning I struggled to get them on and off and felt a bit of discomfort but as time went by the pain settled and the fitting was much easier. I recommend this company.

Au début je me méfiais de tout cela étant donné que le prix n’est pas cher pour un traitement orthodontique avec des aligneurs invisibles, mais leur façon rapide et méticuleuse de répondre à toutes mes questions m'a encouragé à essayer. Je suis maintenant à mi-chemin du traitement et je suis satisfaite de l'amélioration que j'ai obtenue jusqu'à présent.

The pain aspect was minimal really. Obviously your teeth are being forced around in your gum, so from time to time there was a bit of tenderness and tightness. I'm currently receiving refinement aligners to get my treatment just right, but overall I'm happy with my results.

Je viens de terminer mon traitement, en ce moment je porte mes gouttières de contention. Je suis contente des résultats. J'ai bien apprécié quand ils ont demandé les photos de mes dents à chaque étape du traitement pour m'assurer que tout allait dans le bon sens.

Mon traitement a été beaucoup plus long que prévu, mais j'avais du travail à faire! La communication est toujours rapide et facile avec l'équipe

Vous devez suivre les instructions et vous y tenir. Les aligneurs étaient inconfortables pendant les premières semaines, mais vous vous y habituez. Je suis contente d’avoir investi du temps car mes dents sont meilleures maintenant.

I was worried of going through this process without ever physically meeting a real human being was a little disconcerting. BUT. In the time of lockdowns, turns out it was a great decision. I had an issue towards the end with my aligner not fitting properly and I was looked after and the problem was rectified straight away. I'm really happy with the results, with the price and with the communication with the team. I've already recommended it to a few friends.

J'ai décidé de faire appel à cette société après de nombreuses recherches, car elle demandait un prix raisonnable et les critiques que j'ai lues m'ont convaincu de l'essayer. Chaque fois que j'avais des questions ou des préoccupations, je recevais toujours une réponse rapide. J'aime aussi leur garantie de ne pas avoir à payer plus si les aligneurs se cassent et qu'ils vous en envoient de nouveaux. Je suis content du résultat. Mes dents ressemblent exactement à ce qu'ils avaient prédits dans la vidéo. Malgré Corona, mon traitement n'a pas pris plus de temps que prévu par le plan de traitement.

Le prix est juste, les instructions sont pour la plupart claires et je pense que toute mon expérience avec eux a été bonne jusqu'à présent. Je leur ai attribué quatre étoiles pour le moment, car il y a toujours de la place pour s’améliorer, mais cela se rapproche vraiment de cinq étoiles.

Hanno fornito un servizio rapido e molto efficiente. Anche quando sono stato molto impegnato con la mia laurea e ho dimenticato di rispondere ai messaggi o avevo bisogno di cambiare gli indirizzi di consegna, sono stati molto accomodanti. Gli allineatori stessi sono molto buoni, appena percettibili da chiunque incontro.

Todo bien hasta ahora, respuestas muy útiles y rápidas del equipo. Esperando mi último lote de alineadores y luego voy a usar mis retenedores. Los retenedores son gratuitos, lo cual es genial.

Me preocupaba que no hubiera consultas o citas cara a cara y pensé que esto en realidad no iba a funcionar. Pero, un año después, no podría estar más feliz con mis resultados. El equipo es fantástico, siempre hay alguien para responder cualquier pregunta que tengas.
