Tough start, Great experience. Let's do it again!!
Considering the prolonged issue I had with exchanging my initial order for the proper size, my experience was very positive. I have recently taken to horology and watch building and modification. I am still learning and didn't fully understand how to properly size the the bands for my newly built. They worked hard to assist me in selecting the proper size band for my wrist. The bands are of excellent quality. I'm am currently waiting for the arrival of my 3rd order. It is with my strongest endorsement that I recommend Strapco.

Love these straps and their service is second to none.
I have a small wrist so I've always had 'long strap' issues. I love that they have short status as an option. I just wish they had more! I'm looking for a pink short strap but didn't find it.... I'll keep looking at they do add selection fairly often.

Great Products…
The Strap Adapter works great to be able to get the band I wanted for my FITBIT Inspire 3. Products are quality and look great. I have purchased straps here for years. The straps outlast the fitbits but fitbit never makes them compatible if you purchase a newer FITBIT so the strap adapters are a great idea! A tracking system for package once mailed would be helpful.

I was looking for a steel mesh magnetic strap for my Galaxy Ultra, Like I got from you for my Fitbit, but you didn't have one. I did however find a couple of other useful accessories.

Update: Buyer Beware; the refund process isn't guaranteed
Update: I just heard back from the company and they issued a refund for the second unworn strap. Although it should not have been denied in the first place, I do appreciate that they made it right. I would still caution folks about buying from them unless you absolutely know the straps will work for the watch(es) you have.
Original review: I ordered 2 watch straps and got 1 free. I put each of the straps on a watch for less than a minute and realized they did not work on the watch. So I immediately packaged all 3 back up and sent them back. Instead of getting a refund for both purchased straps, they only refunded 1 and said the other was "worn". That is a total lie. It was NOT worn. It had only been out of the package for less than 5 minutes before it was put back. This is a total scam. I do not recommend buying from them. Their "guarantee" is a lie. This company is not reputable.

I have made three orders now and received one . The first order I received was awsome I like the carbon fiber bands . I figured out there there's thick and a thiner version, the thinner version works with the butterfly buckle from some one else. ( an idea for you folks) keep up the good work I will order from you again
