Just bought a couple of bespoke printed t shirts. Arrived quicker than expected! Very pleased indeed with the speed of service, and the quality of the t shirts (and printing). Will be ordering more!

Ordered a run of T shirts at 1pm on Wednesday. Delivered 3pm on Thursday. How 's that for service?! Highly recommended. ++++++++++++++++

The t-shirt was really good quality and the printing looks excellent and durable, The delivery was much faster than expected, and the staff were really friendly and useful when I approached them with a question before placing my order. Will definitely go to them next time I need a custom t-shirt.

Absolute rubbish. I was considering using them as a supplier direct to customers. I’m still waiting for my order a week after ordering it and just got a review request. Well my review would be no stars if I could, I paid premium postage and according to Royal Mail, it wasn’t sent by a tracked service, just 1st/2nd class. Wouldn’t go near them again and I haven’t even had the opportunity to see the quality of the product.

Following reply, I would clarify that I paid £5 for delivery and it said 1/2 business days. It’s now been a week and still not sign of it.

This is an amazing website.
Full of fun and the buzz of creating your own t shirt.
Brilliant experience.
Great delivery times.
Tees very comfortable.
Print is clear too.

Word of warning though.
It's addictive.

Exactly as I'd designed it using the software on the website (very easy to use) and on decent quality material.

Street Shirts always use the highest quality of shirts and inks. Their turnaround time is normally less than a week from placing order to receiving the finished product on the door mat! I have been using them for several years now and have never been disappointed. Their after sale service is brilliant as well...

We are extremely happy with the T-shirt! My son absolutely loves it and is so pleased with how it looks. The material is excellent quality – soft, comfortable, and feels very durable. The print is clear and beautifully done. You can really see the attention to detail.

Always a great experience with Streetshirts, never had an issue and have now opened a Sell Shirts Marketplace account! I have ordered a LOT of stuff with them now featuring our band logo and it looks STUNNING! Took our branded tote/record bags to Malta this week and it caught the attention of the shop owner! Banging! Terrible customer service!

I was organising a stag do and last minute we decided to order t-shirts. I came across StreetShirts which had great reviews and promised next day delivery. The website had a banner that said next day dispatch if you order by 4pm. I tried to place the order by 4pm but the website kept crashing and couldn't process the order. I used the online chat function but was met with what was clear an AI chat bot which didn't respond when I set out my question. I called the helpline and all they could do was apologise. It took so long I missed the 4pm window and the order was placed at 4:02pm on the Tuesday, hoping the order would arrive by Friday. Because I missed the 4pm window, it was safer to have the tshirts delivered to the stag destination (Ireland) instead of to me (England). As that was international, the only option was "standard delivery (1-2 working days)". By Thursday afternoon there was no shipping confirmation so I called and was told the tshirts had just been printed. I got a confirmation as soon as I put the phone down.
By Saturday, the tshirts had still not arrived. They eventually arrived the following Tuesday to Ireland, but by that point I was back in England and the stag was finished. I contacted Streetshirts to ask for a refund but Streetshirts refused to acknowledge any responsibility or failure and kept directing me to an FAQ page that says sometimes deliveries can take 7-10 days.

It seems StreetShirts advertising quick delivery to bring you in, but rely on articles within their website to say they have notified you of a delay. Had I known their adverts were misleading I wouldn't have placed an order at all. Streetshirts consistently avoided helping or taking any responsibility despite thier website crashing, their Chat function being non-responsive, and their delivery times being misleading.
