Truly excellent customer service. Despite breaking my shoes on Friday evening within warranty, a new pair were sent out on Monday. Amazing!

Ordered item still not even shipped after one month. Finding out their products likely poor quality with no refunds and even worse, the shop app used to track item steals your email data (likely sent to a foreign government spying). Total crap business and won't properly respond to call or requests for refunds. Do not buy anything from this company!

Purchased a weight belt for my son’s Christmas which on inspection had some minor damage. I contacted Strength Shop and quickly received a response from Katie. Within the same day a new belt was despatched with a returns label for the original with no quibbles or queries. Quick and polite communication, no issues or delays. I have used Strength Shop in the past and will continue to do so. Excellent products and first class customer service.

I've recently placed some new orders with the Strength Shop - I used to be a customer years ago before falling out with the gym, and I wanted to get some fresh new gear.

There was a slight issue with 1-2 of the products that I ordered (mainly cosmetic/convenience), to which I emailed the support mail on the 30th of December. I received a response from Reece 54 minutes later, acknowledging the fault and asking for my address to reship brand new products - later that day I received the shipping notification email.

I've not seen customer service this proficient often!

On the product side of things, everything works phenomenal and ask expected.

Website was easy to use with the guides given, package arrived on time. However item was missing. This was quickly rectified and sent out the same day. Great customer service by phone and email.

I ordered lever belt and knee sleeves, both offering good amount of support and do what there are designed for,
I got an issue with belt and contacted customer service on boxing day, despite holiday period I have replacement sorted by end of next day! Shout out to Katie who dealt with my enquiry in very professional manner and made sure replacement is shipped by the end of the day,
I am waiting for replacement belt to arrive (due to the weekend), but will definitely use this company in the future.

The products from Strength Shop are of a high quality. The service, though, is phenomenal. The staff really care. They went out of their way to ensure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. It was a real pleasure dealing with Reece and Katie. Thanks guys, you're awesome.

I’ve bought and used many Strength Shop products and feel they fit in a value for money and quality bracket like no one else. Unfortunately, my last order had some new Olympic Riot Collars, which in my opinion weren't fit for purpose. After my initial disappointment, Chris the service manager reached out and has been very keen to resolve my issue. I'm not sure I could ask for anything more.

The customer service is one of the best I’ve experienced in a long time. I would definitely recommend them, and I will be using them for all future fitness related products

I would 100% recommend Strength Shop for there fast response in sorting my faulty pair of lifting shoes, they made the process so easy and no complications whatsoever, especially Reece who dealt with my issues his customers service was 5 stars, I be very happy to shop with this company again.

Katie and Reece were really helpful, responsive, and pleasant to interact with. Long story short, UPS had messed up with the deliveries but Strength Shop rearranged (next day!) delivery through another courier and always had a convenient solution for everything.

Extremely high quality items, there was a small mixup with one of the items I bought but customer service worked very quickly to fix it! Very professional, excellent experience.

I had an issue with my knee sleeves and they solved it really quick sending me a new ones with no additional cost. Their replies were also on the minute which made it a very quick and pleasing interaction to me, the end user. I wish more companies had such great customer service as Strengthshop does!

I recently ordered an Original 2028 Olympic Barbell and some fractional weights.

The order was dispatched very quickly (same day). I'm very pleased with the quality of all items and the packagaing was also great. (The barbell packaging looked particularly bomb-proof; I had to get a hacksaw out to cut through the cardboard tube it came in, it was that thick)!!

I also made a mistake with my order which was resolved professionally and promptly by Reece.

To summarise: Great quality products, super fast delivery and great customer service, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend buying from Strength Shop and i'll certainly be using them again!!

I have now used Strength Shop for several things including equipment and clothing, and they have been fantastic everytime. Quality is brilliant and speed if delivery is pretty good. They have become my first stop for ordering anything gym related.

Great communication. I accidentally ordered the XS weight lifting belt, so emailed to ask for it to be changed to a medium. I received a prompt response first thing Monday morning, to confirm the order had been amended. Thanks Reece!
