Ordered some gym flooring mats yesterday for standard delivery and came the next day (Saturday). Amazing service, great quality in products too, very happy and will order again!

Superb price for a 52kg kettlebell inc free delivery, so promptly ordered. They kept me upto date daily with tracking. Id happily give a full 5 stars, but the delivery itself was lacking. I got a knock on the door, and the slightly built Karen Carpenter built driver cheerfully informed me he was here to deliver my item.
Where is it then? I asked
Its on the van sir
Why is it on the van?
I can't lift it sir, can you carry it with me?

This translated to me unpacking the kettlebell and carrying it up a flight of stairs, then farmers walking it 50m to my house...

Im now hoping my local chippy offers the same service...

So overall im extremely happy with my purchase, and slept contentedly knowing the delivery driver had escaped without blowing his O ring, and he was content in only doing half his job

12kg mace arrived damaged at the handle but was very quickly replaced with a new replacement at no further cost in postage etc. Mace is quality otherwise.

Ordered a the standard GHD and was very happy with the purchase and machine. Work’s brilliant and was easy to assemble with my partner

Ordered a half rack, built it and something wasn’t right with it.

Reece and Chris gave 11/10 customer service and went above and beyond to rectify it for me.

I purchased the adjustable yoke and J cups and I had some issues with both items. SS gave me a 10% refund on the yoke and sent out a new pair of J cups. I have rated them 4 stars for the issues I had and just hope that going forward they can do better quality control checks before dispatching to their customers.

The customer service was phenomenal I had a problem with my lever on my lever belt within 24 hours of my email they responded saying that they would free of charge send out a new lever for me 10/10

Bought some bumper plates from Strength shop. Great price and quality. There was an issue with the shipping, but after sending an email to chase, they promptly dispatched the plates with apologies.

Would buy from them again.

I had ordered a cage during the seasonal sale and one of the parcels for the cage was lost by the delivery company (no fault to Strength Shop). We made contact with Reece and after speaking with the delivery company he advised us that they had lost the package and advised that as we had already received all the other parcels he would request for a the missing parcel to be sent Next Day to which I am extremely grateful for. I will definitely be purchasing from them in the future.

The belt is second to none. Forget the big brands for example SBD with their rubbish belts. Strength shop sell top belts they’ve gained a new customer. Definitely be coming back!

I cannot find a single fault in the way Strengthshop dealt with my order.
They where totally professional and everything was delivered precisely.
If all company's followed in the way this company operates the world would be a less stressful place.

First sleeves I ordered was far to big, so I emailed to sort out returns. All emails answered extremely quick. returned items and was refunded the day they recieved them back none of this 5 working days nonsense. Actual products are brilliant. I ordered tripple ply odin sleeves and wraps. By far the best I have ever used in terms of quality and support. I would definitely recommend this company! *****

Great customer service, unfortunately my item didn’t fit but Reece and Lewis were Greta to deal with. I will defiantly buy from Strength Shop again and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for high quality gym gear.

Excellent company. Great products that are made to last. I have bought strongman dumbbell that is solid. The Thor garage cage is even better than expected, easy to put together myself with a spanner and a socket wrench, it is very solid, good power coating, good hole spacing and plenty of upgrade accessories available. I also picked up a landline accessory which works with barbells for multiple movements.
Chris from the strength shop team was particularly helpful with any queries I had. Also their delivery of such heavy items was very quick. I’m saving up to buy more of their products for my garage gym.

Having messed up when measuring the amount of space I had available in my workout room, I found myself with a GHD that didn't fit anywhere. Despite all the fault being mine, the team at StrengthShop were understanding and I was surprised by just how helpful they were. They not only took it back but even handled arranging the courier pick up. Communication was excellent and friendly.

This was my first experience with them and they've definitely won me over. While the equipment I ordered never got built, I did handle and get to see the sturdy, high quality of the components. I have total confidence in buying gear from them again and I will be sticking with them in the future for sure.

Ordered a belt and the backing plate had either been lost in shipping or not included - After a few emails Lewis had sorted this out same day and arrived the day after!

Two great quality items arrived well within the time promised. A third was messed up by the delivery company. The team at Strength Shop couldn't have been more helpful - chasing the delivery company and then arranging for another product to be shipped by an alternative company. Strength Shop couldn't have been more helpful. Seriously impressed.

Powder coated kettlebell, awesome, don’t waste time buying any other sort of bell. Strength Shops powder coated kettlebells are the best option.
