What a terrible service! Ban without reason no moneyback
What “genius” came up with the idea of banning the server when there’s an login error, rather than the person logging in?
What a terrible service! After several connection errors to the server, it was banned, and I haven’t been able to get a response from support for two days now. Only canned responses from the robot.
After I posted my review, my account was completely deleted. This service seems like a scam.
Okay, then I’ll add an explanation as well. My cursor AI tried to set up the local network, found the server I rented at my request, to which I was connected via WireGuard, and which had the same IP address as the server. Cursor didn’t have time to verify the login/password and entered them incorrectly several times, after which it returned to me. And after that, I get banned because someone tried to log in from an IP address on the blacklist. From the very IP that the server itself has. So the logic is that you rent the server, and if someone tries to hack you, they’ll take the server away from you. Brilliant. I think this has all the hallmarks of a scam.

We'd like to clarify a few points for anyone reading this review.
The server was not suspended because of a "login error." It was suspended after we received multiple independent abuse reports about repeated unauthorized login attempts against third-party systems originating from it, and its IP address was added to public blacklists. Our Terms and Conditions (Section 10) explicitly prohibit brute-force activity, unauthorized access attempts, and any activity that gets our IP addresses blacklisted. Customers are responsible for all activity from their service, including activity generated by scripts or AI tools.
The termination was the result of our standard abuse procedure and is not related to this review. As stated in Section 8 of our Terms, services terminated for a Terms violation are not eligible for a refund. This policy is public and accepted by every customer at purchase.
We act on abuse reports to protect our network and the customers who use it responsibly. We understand the frustration, but this is not a scam. It is the same policy we apply to every customer.
