Hit 10 On The Pain Scale
Last year I had an awful time with sciatica. Not the annoying pain in one spot kind, the can't sleep or walk because your in so much pain kind. After the trip to the emergency room I called Jim. We setup a series of weekly appointments with him and Tyler and within a few weeks I could walk without pain and was back at the gym again. I will always be thankful. If you are active and have people relying on you Strong Fit keeps you going. I am still a regular, the team is the best.

Best post operative
Jim is always professional, personable and is knowledgeable about alternative therapies and techniques. He has taught me a great deal. Routine visits have me feeling limber and flexible so I can maintain my activity level and keep my pain under control . Jim’s work has been instrumental in my post cervical fusion surgery. I would absolutely recommend and encourage body work for post operative recovery.
