0 - SCAM! Paid £12.95 from a Facebook ad link and never got my notes! Site was not secure and download doesn't work!

Tried emailing to say I could not download them and they didn't reply but kept spamming emails until July gone.

Random subject titles like: 'You're Not imagining it.. You have failed!'

Likely to be a scam:
I paid like £12 this time last year on nursing notes. I was a little to rash without reading further into it.

They sent me a link i didnt dare open it incase it was a key logger or trojan.

I logged a case for refund with paypal and did recieve a refund. Never got the materials in the post either.

They delete comments on fb, no actual trust pilot it was fake. All fakes scammers.

I would love to give them no stars at all. I paid for the notes a link was sent to me to download but the link doesn’t work I have sent several emails and no response yet. I used my other email address I am very angry I might have to report them to the financial ombudsman. I feel very angry and I think it’s a scam.

Smh would rate it 0 stars. I'm so upset. It was May of this year that I purchased "nursing materials" from this site. It was in a facebook ad & it looked legit. I didn't get the physical copy. They sent me pdfs of the study material but now they're gone as I looked for them.

big scam, yutube, google and the whole internet must remove this scam immediately.
I spent £ 39 pounds thinking I was buying nursing notes, I paid 11 pounds for delivery. That was 2 months ago, I have not received anything, Wicked people scamming nurses who save lives, God will punish them

I purchased study materials from "study-notes.uk" in good faith, only to be left high and dry when the website abruptly shut down. After paying a significant amount for what was promised as "premium resources," I can no longer access the materials I paid for. No warning, no explanation, and absolutely no customer service response to my emails.

Checking Trustpilot, it’s clear I’m not alone—this appears to be a pattern of deceit. The sudden closure and lack of accountability suggest this was a calculated scam to take money from desperate students. I feel utterly cheated, not just financially but emotionally, as this has added unnecessary stress during a critical academic period.

Do not trust this website or anyone associated with it. They’ve robbed students of their money and vanished without a trace. Save yourself the frustration and avoid at all costs!

It was a scam. I am trying to access the link they sent me for what was supposed to be physical notes. And I cannor longer access, the email address is no longer working. All wrong with this ppl.

If you paid via Paypal file for goods not received straight away with proof of advert and screenshots, receipt of money paid for 'delivery' plus this link to prove it's a scam.

They then reply about the £8 being for processing etc

Wait a few days and escalate for a full claim.

I had the money refunded via Paypal.

I ordered study notes for nursing the end of Dec. Still haven't received anything. The email address doesn't exist. There was no other way to contact them.. it's gotta be a scam.

I ordered a digital and a hard copy last November 7, 2024, I paid a lot for thses, including shipping fee, processing fee. Until now, January 28,, 2025, I never received anything from them. I've been trying to email them, but then the email address that was provided when you want to ask for any questions, cannot be found.
It's totally 101% SCAM, Waste of MONEY & time.
Totally disappointed. Too bad that I can't get back what I paid.

Wish I could give this zero stars and alert everyone on their website. You DO NOT receive a physical hard copy of these notes even though the website shows otherwise. And no they do not follow their "100% money back guarantee" policy. They will not refund you because you've "already received copies of the documents" ABSOLUTE SCAM OF A COMPANY and they should be ashamed.

I’ve had exactly the same problem, advertised on Facebook as a physical book, they even charged shipping, only a digital download has been sent. On e-mailing the company all you get is an automatic reply telling you what to do if you’re having a problem with your digital download. Total scam, avoid!!!

All the previous reviews are correct. I should have checked the reviews before purchasing. Add to the fact I have been deceived and feel very disappointed, how do these people live with themselves.

SCAM! FAKE ADVERTISEMENT!!!

I was waiting for nothing. I ordered last month and haven't received any. I was excited to have the glossy books but I was disappointed it did not arrived. They asked for shipping fee and address. I thought I ordered with a good purpose. You are not helping at all!

Ordered a copy thinking I was getting a book got a pdf file .claimed a full refund from PayPal, was not easy but got it .

Scam. Don't fall for it like I did. Advent is extremely misleading. Thought I'd get notes in a nice glossy book of accurate notes (a lot of the notes are incorrect)and a medical mystery box delivered. They even asked for a delivery address. No mystery box. Please don't waste your money on this like I did.

Misleading advertising - paying £8 for delivery charges but all notes need to be downloaded. The advertising shows paper notes, not digital content. Avoid!

Same as other reviews. Site is an absolute scam. All items are sent digitally.
Here are some of the major issues.
- charged £8 postage and packaging for items to be sent digitally
- offers a 90 day money back guarantee however they refuse to give refunds when questioned.
- ALL the reviews on the page how photos of people with actual printed study notes.
- Nowhere on the main pages does it tell you that all items are digital.
- The website is using the trust pilot stars image to falsely show they have a 5 star rated item.
- They reply to emails but refuse refunds or any type of help.

Overall this website and the people who run it are pure scam artists. Be more upfront on the items your selling.
