Order was dispatched immediately and arrived by courier the next day wee packaged, it’s was 33 percent cheaper than John Lewisnand the product is fantastic. Can’t ask for more than that, wil be shopping here again

I am not normally one for writing reviews, I write the odd one, however when I am ripped off or wronged I will post & call them out for what they are.

Seems they’ve got history of this something similar happened June 28th 2022 SEE REVIEW LEFT given along time ago but if somethings wrong & this company doesn’t agree they won’t cover the cost of return postage, very suspect to me!
How many other people have they done this to & they’ve not posted a review.

Wouldn’t trust this company, brought two spatulas inexpensive but that’s not the point!

Do not colour match not even in the slightest, one spatular is completely yellow & one is dark brown, I completely understand there is variation it’s olive wood, they do make you aware of variation before purchase but not to that extent it’s completely different!

If they make clear before ordering one spatular is dark brown & the other is yellow or one could be completely different to the other, I wouldn’t have bothered to purchase!

Anyway contacted the seller not only slow to respond, the cheek of him to ask me to pay to return the items for a refund or he sends a returns label & deducts the amount from the refund like he’s doing me a favour,
I was adamant I wasn’t paying any postage whatsoever so basically he’s refused to pay return postage even though item is faulty or not as described.

I offered to return one item to stuff for the kitchen & they cover the postage so he could send another one out which matches colour of the other spatula.
I gave them to chance to put it right they refused!

Just be aware if you are going to take a chance on this company go through eBay or Amazon where you’ve got more protection.
This company give small businesses a bad name, wish I hadn’t gone direct.

I will be contacting the credit card company to get my money back I won’t pay to return a faulty item back.

1. If you were sorry you’d address it & pay for
The returned item & send me a matching item, Items are faulty, your emailed response practically states that they are a different colour when I sent the photos, now you are saying they are not!

2 you are telling lies regarding being disrespectful to your staff because I’ve only ever had a reply from yourself & that took 2 days just to get that reply, having sent you numerous emails & a voicemail just to get a reply.
If anything you where disrespectful to me by expecting me to return a faulty item & pay to return it & not replying to my emails.

3. I am not paying to send a faulty item back sorry you won’t be ripping me off, I will get my money back from the credit card company.
You have proven what sort of business you are.

My item was delivered so quickly. I bought the woodland butter dish which is just beautiful.

After a small glitch by the delivery company who omitted my house number from my address, 'Stuff for the Kitchen' online staff promptly offered support, and I received my order in a timely manner. The glasses are heavy, robust, and large enough to hold a long, cool drink. I am very pleased with my purchase and would consider returning to this shop in the event that I need more stuff for my kitchen. 😁
