I first dreamed of going on safari in the Serengheti at 8 yrs old. With nearly 50 years of built up expectations , the expectations for our 10 day Tanzania Safari were incredibly high. Stunning Kilimanjaro Super-Exceeded every expectation. Stan was an amazing guide with so much knowledge about all aspects of his country, not just wildlife. His attention to detail and making sure we were getting the most out of every experience was invaluable. The rooms, food, service - all better than expected. As he got to know us and our interests, he added side stops beyond the safari at areas he kew we would enjoy, such as Tanzanite Experience, local markets, or hidden waterfalls. Beyond safari SK was able to help us with a beach extension to Zanzibar for a few days of Stunning beaches in the turquoise waters. I wish I could give 6+ stars because 5 just doesn't seem like enough. I would highly recommend Stunning Kilimanjaro for anything Tanzania related.

We climbed Mount Kilimanjaro in mid-May with the help of Stunning Kilimanjaro, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience!

Stunning Kilimanjaro had everything perfectly organized. Every detail was taken care of, and you never feel like you’re missing anything. Your belongings are neatly transported from camp to camp each day, allowing you to focus entirely on the trek.

The guides are highly professional, caring, and attentive. Regular health checks are carried out, and oxygen is available if needed. Safety is clearly their top priority, which was extremely important to us. On top of that, everyone is incredibly friendly and welcoming!

I also celebrated my birthday during the trek, and Stanley made sure it was a very special occasion with lots of thoughtful attention.

Another major advantage was climbing Kilimanjaro during the low season. We practically had the summit all to ourselves!

When I sat down to write this review about my experience on the 7-day Machame Route with Stunning Kilimanjaro, the tears just came. It is still so hard to talk about this journey without getting emotional because the memories hit me so deep.
We focus so much on reaching the summit, but if there is one thing I learned, it is that the people on that mountain are just incredibly good.
It was a tough climb. When I was at my absolute lowest point and completely exhausted, the crew became my strength. When I felt like I couldn't move forward, they literally carried me through and were a real shoulder to lean on. The guides lead with so much wisdom and care, and the porters show an unbelievable amount of strength and resilience. Their warmth turned a hard journey into a place of deep human connection.
Reaching the roof of Africa was unforgettable, but it wasn't the summit that changed me—it was the beautiful souls who got me there. Stunning Kilimanjaro didn't just give me a trekking crew; they gave me a family.

14 days in Northern Tanzania. Climbing Mount Meru and Ol Doinyo Legai, and Safari Game Drives, including the Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, Tarangire National Park, Mara River, Lake Natron, and Lake Manyara. A wonderful experience. All under the guidance of guides Stanley (starn_theguide) and Richard. Perfectly organized, with excellent food and accommodations at the lodges. Highly recommended!
