Excellent service
The two men who came to set up the chair were so lovely, even wishing my Mum happy birthday (the chair was her present). They worked quickly and efficiently and were especially tidy with the packaging, etc. Once they had left, the chair had been perfectly placed in the room where I wanted. Excellent service!

Beautiful armchairs
Easy to use website and make purchases. Beautiful armchairs - I chose 2 of the Gabriella chairs in soft sage green. The chairs are very elegant and well made - a bit on the firm side but hoping they will soften up in time as at the moment they are quite hard to sit on. Would definitely recommend buying from this website for their quality chairs, well priced and excellent delivery service.

No Samples
We knew which chairs we wanted to order and requested fabric samples to be sent to us ahead of ordering. We had to repeat this request on three separate occasions over a period of three weeks. To this day we have never received anything, despite being promised on the third attempt that the samples "had been sent by first class post".
We've given up now and will buy elsewhere; as a customer, it shouldn't be this hard to spend money with a retailer. It’s a real shame because the chairs look lovely.
