Very pleased with my statement chair
Very pleased with my statement chair. It's sturdy and appears well made. Not a chair you could sit in all day as its not that comfortable but reading or use as an occasional chair its fine. Love the colour, I chose the orange. Delivery was fast.

Two chairs expensive purchase
I returned two chairs as they were too hard and small for the arthritis in my back. They charged £30 per chair for the return. Then I received some photos which were definitely damaged by their inspection team, both chairs, which they then charged £40 per chair for the damage. I wished I had damaged them myself abd sent them back for a full refund. Needless to say I will never purchase again from them as they are scammers.

We are extremely disappointed by this review, as it contains a number of serious and misleading allegations that do not reflect what actually happened.
The chairs were returned because the customer found them unsuitable for their personal requirements. As clearly stated in our returns policy, a £30 per chair return charge applies when an item is returned for reasons of personal preference or suitability.
More seriously, the suggestion that our inspection team deliberately damaged both chairs in order to charge £40 per chair is completely unfounded. Our returns team follows a documented inspection process, with any damage identified on return recorded and supported by photographic evidence. We have absolutely no reason to deliberately damage returned furniture.
The customer was charged for damage identified during our inspection, not as an arbitrary attempt to reduce their refund. We therefore strongly reject the accusation that we are “scammers”.
We are happy to stand behind the evidence and the process followed in this case. We welcome genuine criticism, but we cannot accept serious allegations that are simply not supported by the facts.
