I won't be using this service in the future. I provided my 3.5-minute video on 6/11. I paid extra for going over my time. I let them know my top priority is my MLS compliance and if I could get a social media video as well, that would be great. The video I made was Landscaped. The website said 24-48 hour turnaround time. Timing is everything in Real Estate. I received a drop box link on 6/13 with 2 videos that were branded and aspect ratio issues. I responded immediately and heard back later in the day with a new link and that they would look into this. They emailed on 6/14 (now 3 days in) with more questions about my design and I responded saying I did it myself and asked for a refund. I received a response on 6/15 saying they understand I edited myself and if there is anything else they can do. I asked for a refund. Today they responded saying that because they spent time on it, they can issue no refund.
