My first time ordering on 9/19. I ordered 2 cases and 1 wallet case! I paid for express shipping and after a week I still hadn’t even received tracking information so I sent an email. They replied within 2 hours and that’s when I learned it was overseas! The customer service was excellent! The cases arrived on 9/30 and they are absolutely perfect! Clear photos and great quality! I will order again for sure! I recommend this company 100%

I ordered a custom phone case with pictures of my partner and I. The quality of the case I amazing and the print job was beyond what I expected. Everything came out clear and non blurry. Designing the case was super easy and had ALOT of options for layouts for multiple photos, backgrounds, writing and more. Super easy to do. I was a little apprehensive ordering from here as I live in Australia, but delivery only took 10 days and was quite easy to track, although sometimes it wouldn’t update for a day or until later in the day even if stuff happened in the morning. But other than that, I give it a 10/10 and will definitely be purchasing another for my partner and some other stuff from here.

Inexpensive but the print quality looks very good, as good as casetify as far as I can tell. Soft silicone case so it is easy to put on. Took about ten days from ordering to arrival. The emails look kinda suspicious, like low effort phishing spam, so I almost overlooked it when scanning inbox for updates. They sent an email update for order, shipment, and delivery. Also a real person responded quickly when I sent a correction request regarding my shipping address. My son is thrilled he got to pick the picture on his phone case and I am happy he finally is willing to put a cover on his new phone.

Great customer service. I had a problem with the item, and they went above and beyond to correct it.

£45 spend on a crappy piece of plastic with a wonky sticker on it. asked to return for a refund and they just keep offering me replacements. The sticker wasnt even stuck properly and was all scratched and torn on the edges. not to mention i pai £12 delivery to ensure it got to me for the birthday which stated 2-3 days and it tool 13 days. it was too embarrassing to gift and customer service is shocking they keep offering me replacements, ignoring my requests to return for a refund. Had to dispute the payment with the bank to gt my money back. luckily i bought with a credit card to be safe.

***update*** company is now offering to refund me only if I delete this review 😂😂
