Terrific customer service and product.
Product was exactly as I remembered it to be; price and shipping cost to the States were reasonable, but perhaps most astonishing: the speed (it was shipped out from the UK almost immediately after I placed the order) and arrived within 10 days - to my great surprise. This transaction was completely smooth, ideal in all ways - and Stylishcare now has a new fan/customer!

I really doubted to buy from this company after I saw negative feedback from trustpilot, I gave it a try for the first time and I received my order in less than a week, this is my second time buying from the same company and I received my order in less than a week again. checkout standard shipping cost
At checkout I would have been charged over £48 for standard delivery. The only other option was Express delivery which was £18+ this was obviously an error on your website. I would have chosen standard delivery which I assume would have been £8 something. your website stated shipping same day. I have not had any communication that shipping has been made??

Your order was received past 7pm on the night of the 20th. This was well past the 1pm same day shipping shown on our website. It was processed same day, left us next day on the 21st and is now due for delivery to you today 22nd Feb. The tracking data was sent to you along with the dispatch details.

Stylishcare goods eventually received
Placed an order on 3rd August for £22.50 which I never received , contacted them twice via email no reply then sent a letter and still no reply
Update after getting in touch again by email I finally got a reply they said order was completely overlooked due to an error on PayPal and could not find any of my emails or letter correspondence , so offered to send out my order straight away or refund I chose the goods and they came today , 6 weeks later but at least I got them in the end!

We honestly were unaware of your order due to the communication outages between PayPal and our store's systems at the time.
As soon as we realised following your email, we responded and offered you either a refund or same day dispatch of the parcel as you mentioned in your review.
