Scam company.
Preordered the seestor cold should top back in August 2025, suppose to ship in January 2026, pushed back to April. Been sitting since 23rd April 2026 on 'label created'. Contacted the company, they said only time courier comes is when they have a big enough load to ship. Which is ridiculous as it is now June and the item was sold out and it is still sitting on 'label created'.
They have not responded to my numerous emails since. I have raised a dispute but unfortunately I am unable to get my $65 back. I wish I had never ordered from them.

So I placed a preorder of the Artemis Jumpsuit in March 2024. The description said it would start shipping out in April, after that the date kept getting pushed back and back. It’s been a whole year at this point and I have not heard a single thing. I’ve emailed their customer service and they responded the first time, after that all my other attempts have been ignored. I don’t know how else to get in contact with this company. I don’t see their TikTok account anymore. Their instagram has limited comments because apparently it’s not the first time they haven’t responded to their customers concerns. And they don’t respond on Facebook. So I’m out $110.

Amazing quality of products. Soft & comfortable. Great for day casual, or night dressy.
