Suitcase Travel Bewertungen

Kelly and Dylan at Suitcase Travel put together the most fantastic trip for us. Prior to discovering their company online I was bamboozled by which options to choose when booking our fjord cruise. Which cruise line to use, which level to book. Dylan advised me in such a helpful way without being pushy. And then my husband had an accident which meant the whole trip had to be rearranged by 6 months and Dylan effortlessly changed the lot - flights, hotel, transfers and cruise. I'd have found that so stressful if I had booked everything independently.
Dylan helped me to choose Havila and I'm so glad he did because everything about our holiday was magnificent. The comfort, the delicious meals, the friendliness of the crew , we fell in love with the ship and Havila, and would go again in a heartbeat. Hopefully 2028 actually and without a doubt we would use Suitcase Travel again. We can't thank them enough

We were looking for a boat trip through the Norwegian Fjords and Suitcase recommended the Havila Ferry Boat cruise. It was exactly what suitcase described and exactly what we wanted - a relatively small but luxurious and informal cruise from Bergen, into the Arctic circle and around the North Cape.

After some research I contacted Suitcase to help advise on a trip to Norway. Suitcase suggested an itinerary which we accepted. They were very responsive to our wishes. We had a wonderful time, everything worked very smoothly, the hotels, transfers, and a voyage with Havila. We loved the experience.

Thank you to Suitcase travels for assisting us with our booking

We were extremely impressed with Havila Cruises, loved the Norway in a Nutshell experience, the hotels were of an excellent standard and all the transfers worked perfectly.

In addition, the quality of the information given to us was excellent and nicely presented. It was also helpful to have it on email. Not having to present vouchers at every point was an added bonus.

I would highly recommend using Suitcase Travel rather than booking it all independently

We booked the Titan Tours trip to Northern Cyprus through the very helpful team at Suitcase Travel, who kept us informed and went the extra mile with a few wrinkles we threw at them.
Our trip was great and very informative with an excellent guide / manager at the comfortable family run hotel in Kyrenia.
Strongly recommended, Derek W.

Suitcase travel organised everything for us, they listened to our requirements, offered excellent advice at the planning stage, and all the logistics of the trip were seamless. Thank you.

We had a wonderful holiday and everything went to plan with Suitcase Travel. We loved seeing Norway and enjoyed the trips we booked which all went very smoothly.
Suitcase Travel planned everything for us which meant we could relax and it was completely stress free which was so lovely.
They were in touch regularly with updates or anything we needed to do. The people I spoke to about my holiday were so helpful and friendly.
We were very impressed with Havila too. The ship was excellent, rooms really lovely, great shower, comfy bed, very clean and well appointed. The food was plentiful and delicious!
I would definitely use Suitcase Travel again and highly recommend them for a brilliantly organised and successful holiday!
Thank you again. 🥰

Great experience. Havila Voyage booked efficiently, quiet, convenient cabin as requested was secured on Polaris and package including flights, Flybussen return tickets and two nights in Bergen in convenient hotels made the whole experience plain sailing all the way! Recommend... Leave it to the experts.

An excellent independent family run travel company - covered by ATOL. My Norwegian Coastal Cruise was very well organised by Penny and Kelly who were not only very helpful but also very knowledgeable. They helped me choose to go with Havila Voyages which was an excvellent choice. Nothing but praise for how well everything on board was run with very friendly staff and delicious food. Penny and Kelly also organised the travel arrangements to and from Bergen and were very helpful when my suitcase was left in Amsterdam on the journey to Bergen. The whole trip was fantastic and I highly recommend Suitcase Travel!!!

some great holiday packages for me and my wife. looking forward to our next trip with suitcase travel

My brother and I have just returned from a wonderful cruise up the coast of Norway and back. I used the expertise and advice of Suitcase Travel on-line, not having booked a cruise previously.

They gave comparisons between the traditional Heutigrutten ships and the newer more eco-friendly Havila ships. We chose the more modern Havila, the poatal route, and received table service for every meal, delicious meals including beautiful fresh fish, quiet engines (half battery power), and comfortable modern decor. The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful, and provided us with information about excursions and social events throughout.
The position of our cabins was good to minimise noise and motion.
Additionally, Suitcase Travel arranged flights, hotel accommodation in Bergen, and very punctual taxi service back to Bergen airport at the end.

Suitcase Travel could not have predicted a very delayed initial flight with Norwegian Airlines which caused us to miss a connecting flight at Oslo. In future I would ask Suitcase Travel for more advice about connecting flights if you are unseasoned travellers like ourselves!

The staff are always available and very helpful. The whole process of booking our holiday was seamless and stress free. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Suitcase travel are an excellent company to trust with your holiday booking. Mike and Lyn are a family run business. Very professional, very knowledgeable, very friendly and thoughtful throughout the whole process, from initial booking to getting you the best deal and welcoming you home. They get to know you and what you like and don't like. Then advise you once you have outlined what you are looking for. There are no hidden costs and no fee just great advice. They will book everything for you and take out all the stress. I have used Suitcase travel for my last 2 holidays and will definite use them again. I have no hesitation recommending them to anyone.

A really excellent independent family run travel company. Really helpful in every aspect of planning our River Cruise on the Danube. Penny is superb in her knowledge of all of the finer detail and nothing was too much trouble. It is a good few years since we travelled abroad and we wouldn't hesitate in using the expertise of Suitcase Travel for our next trip. Penny helped to make our trip truly memorable. In fact we are already in discussions with Penny for ideas. Thank you Penny and the team.

Used this company on two occasions. Very knowledgeable staff and got a great deal sourced by Mike for a Rhine river cruise

Recommended to the company by two friends and it did not disappoint. They were very knowledgeable about Norway and the pros and cons of Havila and Hurtegruten. All was organised to suit our timings including flights, transfers, hotel and cruise booking and all went very smoothly and all the separate parts covered by ATOL. We would use this company again.

We came across Suitcase Travel when we were browsing options for a Norwegian fjord cruise. We found a blog comparing Hurtigruten and Havila which was really helpful. We chose Havila and booked through Suitcase Travel (though they are not local to us; that didn't make any difference) We are very glad we did so. They also booked stays in Oslo and Bergen (and a railway connection via Flam). All went smoothly. Suitcase Travel were friendly, polite and efficient. Just what we want from a travel agent!

The company provide a fantastic service.
From initial contact, to receiving all the travel documents, they were helpful and friendly.
It all went perfectly to plan, down to the last pre-booked taxi to get us back to the airport in time.
A wonderful experience. I can highly recommend.

We had never been on a cruise before and Suitcase Travel's advice was invaluable in us choosing which cruise to do. Always there when you had a query and kept us informed throughout. Highly recommend.

Suitcase Travel made our Norwegian Fjord experience a wonderful trip. They were so helpful from start to finish I’ll be recommending them
