I ordered a helmet that claimed to be 66cm. It isn't because the bicycle helmet did not fit my head. I attempted to return the item, and was told they could not accept the return and it was up to ME to sell it. This is baloney and a horrible way to do business.

Our order experience lacked professional phone support, communication, and delivery follow-up. We purchased the bikes and requested delivery anytime after 4-5 days since we were out of town. We didn't receive any shipping information and called to see if the bikes would arrive by Memorial Weekend (10 days after purchase). We were given three different shipping dates. Although we were not in a rush, we needed to know if we needed to stay in town to sign for the delivery.
The online number never answered, and when we called a physical store for information, one employee hung up on us. Eventually, we received a label update from UPS, and the bikes shipped 4 days later.
Please communicate if delivery dates change.
Train your staff to answer questions or pass the phone to someone who can. We never heard back from a manager despite emails and calls.
They suck
They suck. I ordered parts from them. They are the wrong parts. I need to return them but have left numerous voicemails and sent numerous emails with no response. Avoid them at all cost.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
Worst shopping experience ever. I made an online purchase. I was giving a ship by date at purchase, only 1 item of the 3 arrived on time and had a tracking number. Other items arrives randomly and separately about 7 days late with no tracking numbers or email communications. Customer service is rude and unprofessional. Managers are hard to reach. Most importantly please read their return policy. If you buy something on sale, or with a discount code, you can no longer return it. What?! They don't let you know that when you are buying online. You will need find that small and almost hidden button on the bottom of the page that says return policy to find out. I buy things on sale from other places and I have never been denied return because I bought something on sale, unless i was clearly warned before purchase.

Simply the best. Dylan and Michael were fantastic - knowledgable, friendly and have got me back on two wheels in a jiffy! Highly highly recommend!

I can't even express enough how I am satisfied with Summit bicycles' help! Their customer support is outstanding. I was ordering a bike as a gift for my husband's bday, and need it to be shipped to LA. Chris helped me with that order and shipping so I could get the bike when I need it! The whole process went smoothly I didn't have to think about it or worry. I am really amazed by that kindness. If I could give them 100 stars review, I would :D Thank you!

Best buying experience I could have had. I am from Pennsylvania and they are in California but it felt like they were just around the block. I talked with Chris and he was a pleasure to deal with. Without him I am not sure If I would be confident enough to make a purchase. Chris made it easy

I have no idea what's going on with the negative experience reviews. I had some difficulty with the website ordering and was able to get someone on the phone by engaging with the chat window on the website. They resolved the issue, confirmed the bike I wanted was in stock and I had it delivered to my door, for free, within a week. Great experience.
TERRIBLE customer service!
Terrible customer service!! Ordered a $1099 bike from them on September 3rd, 2020.The charged my credit card but STILL haven't delivered my bike. THIS IS DECEMBER. They have given me no update on when the bike would be shipped as of December 15th. I've emailed several times, checked their website (as directed when you call their customer service line), and called, leaving voicemails with absolutely NO response. All I want at this point is my order cancelled and my card refunded. This is totally a scam website. Legit, there is no reason for this. COVID is no excuse. Very unhappy and feel totally scammed.

Haven't received order
It has almost been two months since I have placed my order and I have yet to receive my Bontrager Satellite Fenders that I ordered. I called two weeks ago twice, one leaving a voice mail to the online service rep explaining the problem and another talking to one of the local stores and they said that they would try to work and out and I have yet to heard back from either of them.
Rip-off
I ordered a medium Fizik saddle pack (order no. 081612-082119-343) back in August and received a small pack.. I e-mailed the company and followed up with a phone call. The salesperson apologized for the mistake and said they would sent out another pack. As of today, Sept. 29th, I still have not received the medium pack. I would NOT recommend this company or buy from them again.

Slow processing /shipping
While the price and product is great it took 2 wks. just for my order to get processed and shipped…..and that was AFTER I had to call their customer service voicemail. Will not be ordering from here again.
