I work for a family business Garnett fabrications ltd and it was time I got a company car. This is the second car we have acquired thought Motorlease-UK.
Thought recommendation from my father who also had a car from them (Landrover discovery), he suggest If I new what car I wanted (Nissan Aryia)
I went on the Nissan website and choose a car and the specs I fancied. Using these specifications I contacted via email Motorlease-UK the data sheet.

The steps
I contacted "Heather" who we dealt with last time (who also did an amazing job) took my info and handed me into the care of "Ian" He was very polite and got straight on with finding me some deals for a 3 year and 4 year, and telling me what was available.
Once I was happy Michelle handled the admin. Once again very reassuring and answering my questions as we went. I signed a contact paid an admin fee and the admin work was done.
2 weeks later my new car arrived. I am obviously pleased as I was expecting a 2 maybe 3 month wait.

I have been to dealerships and have done a bit of homework. Motorlease-UK this took a lot of the hassle out of my busy schedule.

Give these guys a try the worst thing that will happen is you will say no. But I think like me you will be pleasantly surprised.

Brilliant service from start to finish from Summit - first time leasing a car personally and it took less than 10 days from first contact to having the car on my drive!

Cerian & Lisa were amazing and super-patient with the a couple of issues regarding approval of documents, with the finance company.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From the first enquiry to the final handover, Ian and Michelle were absolutely outstanding – professional, friendly, and incredibly supportive throughout the whole process. They kept me informed throughout the entire process, answered all my questions quickly, and made everything feel smooth and stress-free.

It’s rare to find a company that genuinely cares about their customers, but it really showed here.

I have leased cars for years now, I tend to go with the best price obviously.
I looked online and summit came up as being the cheapest, so I got the ball rolling. Grace was the first person to email back and managed to sort my request, had a few hickups along the way from the manufacturer, but summit managed to source a different car for me. Having then dealt with Ian/Michelle to get the car delivered I can’t fault this company, they tried so hard in the days/weeks leading up to the delivery with emails/phone calls to get everything sorted, I’m loving the new car and hope they will be in business to sort the next one 😊

I am writing this review to formally express my deep frustration regarding the recent dealings I had with Summit Leasing, specifically regarding the lease agreement.

When I initially engaged with your team, I was provided with clear and detailed information about the lease terms, including the agreed-upon price, mileage allowance, and other relevant details. To my surprise, when I went to finalise the paperwork and complete the finance process, I was informed that the lease price had increased significantly.

I was informed by your team that this was a result of a "miscommunication," but I find this explanation both unconvincing and unacceptable. The discrepancy between what was agreed upon and what was presented to me upon finalising the paperwork is not only unprofessional, but it also reflects poorly on the transparency and integrity of Summit Leasing.

I am extremely disappointed by this experience, as I had been looking forward to completing the deal based on the original terms.

I feel compelled to share my experience with others, as this was not in line with the level of service I expected.

Great service from start to finish, kept my informed and up to date throughout, I've used a number of different companies previously but Summit has been the best experience by far.
