Should be no rating at all. I ordered a beautiful dress $38.99. Not even sure the Rag they sent me awful colors but will not refund my money until I send the rag back!!

They sell fake stuff, and when you return the products you don't get a refund. So they are thieves as well.
DONT'T buy from this company, they are thieves.

Scam , scam , scam

Appalling, the bubble balloons were nothing like those pictured and no bigger than a normal balloon. Wasted £23 on these and time on the absolute joke of customer service afterwards. Asked for order number and then never responded. I have seen the same items trading under a different company name since so I suppose they can keep doing that to catch more hopeful people.
This should have been perfect for a children’s garden party according to the fake advertising, but nothing like it, sadly just a scam.

Don’t order from Sunailoom!! You will not be satisfied with product or service. They are not a legitimate company. My order was never received despite Sunailoom “attempting delivery” twice in the 13x month period that followed. I emailed regularly for updates & once I started requesting my refund, they dropped all communication.

this company is a scam I purchased a product in January and have been e-mailing they promised to refund money if i sent product back. I mail product and they refused it when it got to their store. I spent over 16 dollars to send back and they will not refund money. Do not trust this company.

I wish that I had read the reviews on this company and did not order. I ordered the balloon ball which was so misrepresented on their info video. What a rip off! Very disappointed.
I agree with the person who said "shame on pinterest for keeping their ads on".

After waiting 6 weeks I finally received my order, but it was not what was pictured when I placed my order. So disappointing as well as frustrating.

The biggest rip off ever! Expensive junk! Nothing is anywhere near what it appears in the catalog! Scam Junk!

AVOID AVOID They sent the wrong item which I then had to pay £5.95 postage to return to them at the end of April 2022.They then asked, after a number of weeks, for the proof of posting which I sent then a number of weeks again proof of payment, which I didn't send as the product would not have been sent. I must have sent at least 15 e mails chasing this up and they have now stopped replying. The product was absolute rubbish too for just under £30.00. If I had read the reviews I wouldn't have ordered from them in the first place but their advert appeared randomly and the pictures were nice but these lot are just a bunch of con artists.

Scam. They sent a crappy knockoff of the garden spinner ($48) which did not work at all. Then said I had to send it back to Spain for a refund. Decided I would give it a try and sent it back 2 months ago ($27) and they claim never to have received it. Of course, USPS doesn't track beyond the US. Do not buy from this "company".

I ordered for different fairies I received 4 of the same fairies I paid 265 approximately the quality was disgraceful I paid $51 to return for refund the address they gave me was incorrect I texted that many times trying to explain it to them telling them that the order was stuck at Spain could they contact or give me the correct address they just kept saying here is your tracking number hopeless still 4 months later no refund the ordinance eventually got shipped back to me still emailing them they are still saying here is your tracking number so they know they cannot speak English or did not read the emails total scammed company wouldn't recommend them to anybody at all their stuff is s*** and their services s*** didn't even want to give one star but had to seriously scam

I have sent countless emails asking for an item not recieved.They said I had only ordered 4 but they took payment for 5 I checked with my bank!.I have had no recent response to my request and would rate them a very poor company for customer service.

Now been two weeks and have not even been dispatched tried to get them to refund my money but get no reply terrible company do not use I will now have to use section 75 to get my money back.

I have bought many items online, many times and this company’s business practices and customer services are horrible. Due to their adverts on Pinterest ( which I assumed has a responsible, ethical code for quality adverts ) I ordered a large balloon that could be filled with water to ‘ provide indestructible fun for children to jump on ‘. What arrived was a squashed up package of three small balloons that glow in the dark !
Many emails ensued with sunailoom with my option of returning the wrong goods to Barcelona with me to pay postage ! My $50 went through PayPal to another company and when I contacted them for a refund, their answer said sunailoom was a different ‘channel’ and to contact them which I had already done. Wish I’d read these other reviews before my purchase. ☹️😫😫😡

If there was a category for zero stars they would get it
Poorly packaged, damaged. Spinner didn't spin even in high winds and rusted in garden in less than two weeks
Absolute rubbish
And they keep sending me ads and welcoming me to their community
Returning item at my expense to Spain not worth it

Keep well away from this company. I ordered one of the fairies - cost a fortune and was the cheapest tat I’ve seen in a long time. Box arrived crushed and the item doesn’t fit together properly. I’ve contacted the company to ask about returning the item for a full refund - they say you can return things easily, be interesting to see if they are as good as their word.

Update: received an email with an address abroad to return the item. However, having read the company’s returns statement, it is very much down to them as to whether they give a refund and they also say that they cannot guarantee that they will receive the item. Taking this on board I have made the decision not to return the item as I would need to pay for tracking as well as the postage which is non refundable. I have already lost money I can I’ll afford and do not want to risk losing any more. I guess this is the outcome the company rely on!

I say again, do not purchase from this company - they had used photos from a genuine artists site and the fairies are nothing like the illustrations. I have found them on Amazon much cheaper and they have poor reviews on there also. If you still want to purchase one of the fairies, buy it from Amazon who are a decent company that, in my experience, look after their customers and do not leave them out of pocket.
