I placed an order that despite numerous phone calls did not ship after a week. I canceled the order.

Ordering was extremely easy and got product when they said.

My ordered was cancelled even though the same item I ordered, and my order confirmed, is still available online but not on sale anymore.

You listed a pair of ON shoes and I ordered. After a couple of days I received message canceling my order because the shoes weren’t available.

Horrible!!! Had item on website, I purchased, and then days later told the item wasn’t available. Seems like a clickbait website- don’t use!

I have been searching for a replacement fin for a 2013 model irocker (was not in stock with irocker) board and took a chance with this one. The company kept me updated from the moment I placed my order. The fin ended up being a perfect fit!

After my wife’s old hiking pole broke, I ordered a new pair from you and you delivered exactly what we wanted in time for our trip to Costa Rica. I am happy about both. I note that Fed Ex, who delivered the product, did not meet the commitment of one day delivery, which we paid for. They did meet a 2-day delivery which was adequate; perhaps I paid $3 extra for the one-day. Since the end result was acceptable, I can live with that. Thanks to you for delivering.

Your ship time was great. The product I received was the correct color, but a much larger size than what I had ordered. I had to pay to have it sent back even though it was not my error which didn’t make me too happy.
