Sunbelt drivers seem to think they own the road and everything around them. Little boys with strangely big ego's. Speaking down to women and bullying people on the road. Parking inconsiderately and quite clearly don't have one piece of common sense between them.

I won't be using Sunbelt anymore if I can help it. They had a great communicative person and he was great he was great I think he was destined for great things in company. Unfortunately they replaced him an unreachable, terrible customer service person so bad I don't even remember her name. Then I got my lift to my job and it barely worked I was upset told them this they wanted to do nothing. So I decided to hold off paying them and then they had the nerve to harass my customer for the bill for. For a $500 bill and didn't owe for anymore then a month. PETTY AF HPPE THAT $500 WAS WORTH NECWR HAVING ME AS A CUSTOMER ANYMORE. CLOWNS!

Corey at PC017 in Tampa was great to work with. We had an issue on a job with some equipment and he did a good job helping us and getting my crew back to work quickly.

You are avery poor company. No communication with residents. The person in charge is obviously not a street wise. Your not fit for purpose. Your not fit for one star even this is fixed

Terrible driving witnessed by one of the drivers. 18:10ish on the 25th of May 23. Hainault Road. A green sunbelt rentals van over took a car while speeding and was dangerously close to oncoming traffic. Drivers name is Terry..I know him from his previous job!

Have not acquired any services from this company but have issues with their employee parking in residential streets from their Romford drop. Have made several complaints for last 4/5 years about the inconsiderate parking and danger they risk blocking driveways and drivers visions on blind corners. Sometimes the van is parked for 3/4 days with no use. To make it worse the driver blocked a bus from passing because of its inconsiderate parking and refused to move until he had no option.

The company say they look into and investigate but nothing happens and they let the employee carry on. No respect or consideration for general public and residential streets. Customer services not much help. Disgraceful.

Paid for new Dehumidifier on the 3rd Feb 23 still not received on the 10th Feb Rang up to be told DPD had lost it and we have no more in stock, What a Firm to Deal with if i was you look else where and hopefully you might get what you ordered and paid for still waiting for refund Shocking service no mention of when stock coming in and if i hadn't rang would still be waiting

Absolute useless company. I have not received my item on time. I had to chace them. When I finally got it was faulty. I think they sent a already used or sent back item. They arranged a collection day for the return but nobody turned up.
Avoid them at all cost.
Do not buy anything from them.

Ordered my dehumidifier from sunbelt because everywhere local was sold out. Because of the previous bad reviews ( probably due to xmas and being busy) i phoned to confirm delivery. Phone was answered quick, an i was told they had my order an that dpd was picking it up on tues an it would be delivered on the thurs an lady gave me a tracking number.
Thurs came an so did dehumidifier. All good set it up straight away an works a treat so pleased with it....thanks.

I called about renting a lawn vacuum and was told that the Cartersville Ga store had two but they were rented out. Store confirmed that they were being returned so I could drive the 45 minutes to pickup one up. I reconfirmed with the store late the day before. I show up the next morning and they did not have one. All I got was sorry. The store had my reservation on file which included my phone number….I got no call.
I will never use this company again.

Customer service is shocking! Item not delivered when promised. I had to chase them to find out the item was not in stock. My next email to arrange new delivery was ignored as were my phone calls and texts (for some reason they all use mobile numbers). A young lady did eventually call me back but her attitude was so poor! Apparently ‘we have been really busy’ justifies really poor service.

To cap it off the same young lady put the phone down in me! No swearing or abuse from me, just exasperation from me which she didn’t like!

Item did eventually arrive but only due to lot of chasing from me. I will not be returning!

Absolutely useless avoid like the plague.
Get awarded big contracts yet fail to deliver constantly.
I don't know how on earth these people manage to get jobs, there are much better companies out there offering a better product, "manage" being the missing skill set.

Please don't accept plant that seems in poor condition, it probably is.
Be VERY careful when hiring plant equipment from these people. Hired a digger, poor condition, broke down, repaired, broke down, replaced invoiced £1445.93 plus VAT!
Same thing happened to someone I know, hired plant, poor condition, broke down, replaced, invoiced £10,000.00!

Managers try to bully their staff and make their lives a misery. It’s no wonder employees keep leaving the Bellshill depot. Lowest payed staff in Traffic Management. Job was actually good and a great bunch of guys but it’s the Management that ruin this company. Laura Wilson is the manager at Bellshill and is just a puppet for Scott Graham. She’s just a glorified admin girl with no Traffic Management background. Constant emails about getting investigated or losing your bonus. I think if the bosses would listen to the complaints instead of brushing them under the carpet and actually got a Manager that can manage and has a bit of Traffic Management background the company would be better place to work. Not forgetting Laura’s wingman Iain Currie AKA sidekick Sid which also thinks he can bully certain employees.

The "Help Center" is of no help . I have to phone multipal times over several days to get a fitter to come to site to repair the rental equipment . If I had a choice , I would not use this company . Unfortuneately, our company has a contract with them , so I have no choice in the matter. Avoid them, use any other company, they are ALL better than Sunbelt

I have used the Derby branch of this company and I won't be using them again. I wanted to hire ladders for a job I was working on, was told what they had wouldn't fit in my long-wheel base van. I paid for delivery of the ladders and hire, what arrived was smaller than I used and were definitely not what I asked for. I physically returned the ladders and they charged me for a pickup and 3 months later I am still waiting for this be refunded. I've called numerous times and despite informing me that it's being processed the refund never arrives. I've tried head office and their recorded message for their accounts department does not work. My advice - find another hire company as they are incompetent and do not return money - avoid at all costs!

I recently had an incident with a lorry from this company's Nottingham branch. I was driving at 50mphon a dual carriageway and the Sunbelt rental lorry decided to tailgate me. He was less than half a metre from my rear bumper. The incident was recorded on my rear facing dash cam, which was sent to customer services. They carried out an 'alleged' investigation. The driver admitted he didn't realise he was that close to me!
What does this say about the safety policy of a company when a driver of an 18 ton fully loaded truck was unaware that he could have crushed me to death?
If a so called professional driver is driving on a public road without due care and attention, what is he likely to do when delivering plant to it's customers premises. Customer services carried out a 'cosmetic' investigation. In my opinion use a safety conscious company, not Sunbelt Rentals,
