It has been 3 weeks and No tracking…

It has been 3 weeks and I am not able to track my order (although a tracking number was created right away). The order has not been shipped and there’s no communication from the company.

I ordered back in August 2022 and still…

I ordered back in August 2022 and still nothing!! Said they didn't ship to Hawaii so I provided a different address in another state. Received a response back twice and nothing after. Its been two months I am livid.

I put the wrong address in when I placed my order (my mistake) however I contacted them through email and have yet to receive a response to correct this issue could someone please help me I want to try the oil but I need to know you are legitimate taking my money right away but not replying to my email at all feels scamish

Cancel your order and remove your order. This is a complete scam

Honestly, I wish I could give this company a less than one. After receiving the product. It was just about completely gone as many others said. The packaging looks sketchy and then return address which Oregon completely separate business that has nothing to do with this product at all. I contacted the business in which it was sent from and asked them if they had anything to do with it. It was a very professional business and such but they obviously did not have anything at all to do his product. They were very concerned that somebody that possibly works for them is using their address to scam people. It's crazy for me that you can be selling thousands upon thousands of products and have such a sketchy presents and product. After asking or a refund and completely complaining and telling him that I found out about the business, I was asked if I had PayPal or zail. Have you not have either but I told him I didn't have dinner. Assuming this is going to come when it is, but no it came from some random guy with a shirt with the biggest is worth all the picture. Who has other transactions completely does not reply any sort of business in your privacy. The whole situation is pretty sketchy. If you're asking me, I did let them know that I would be putting this information online. When I received the minimum it wasn't even telling me. Hey this is a refund here caught up or this or that all it said was perfume and there was $15. I've never been so disgusted in my life. I have plenty of pictures to show all evidence of receiving it, screenshots of the Venmo and so forth and so on and hopefully they're going to contact me back more about the situation before I start sharing the pictures. Please do not buy this item. Please beware of this item

Unhappy customer

The product took a long time to come and when it gets here the bottle is almost empty. How can I spend $40 and I’m getting nothing for it? Other than this the product smells nice, it’s just unfortunate that I can’t really enjoy what I spent my money on. I wish I can attach a photo.

Save your money

I wouldn't order from here. While the perfume smells amazing, I received mine and the lid was open and almost all of the perfume had leaked out. I contacted customer support 3 times to resolve this issue and have been ignored every time. Save your money and order elsewhere.

Poor organization and tracking

Tracking and contact are basically non-existent. I ordered days ago and there has been no update on location. All I see are errors. There is no number to call to get a direct response.

It's a good company, not scam.

No item no refund

I like to see that the will reply to people on here but when your emailing with them you never seem to get a response and they asked if I received my refund which was put though last week is still not here. I do advise anyone who is thinking of buying from this company I wouldn't. You don't get what you ordered and when you ask for a refund you don't seem to get that either
