High quality products & Creator friendly!

I absolutely adore this brand! I have been purchasing from Sundé pretty much since they started & I am in love! I am even now a part of the creator club & I absolutely adore it 🤍 The products are so well thought out, the fabric is unlike anything I've felt before & every detail from zippers, embroidery, logos on the clothing & even the packaging has been carefully thought out! I have made several friendships through both sundé society & the creator club with likeminded girls who all share our love for the brand & it has been an absolute pleasure to be a part of it! I'm excited to see where sundé goes as it's already growing quite fast for such a new brand! So glad I found it when I did, I've never felt as comfy whilst looking as put together!

I’ve placed 3 separate orders with Sundé now and it is honestly taking over my wardrobe 😂 The price you pay is reflected in the quality of every piece and the way they make you feel wearing them.

My most recent order was the brown velour set and the grey hoodie and WOW 😍 I will be ordering the same in different colours as soon as they are available. They are so comfortable and flattering, I feel amazing in them!

Speechless every time 🤍

The products consistently leave me speechless, the love, quality and time that goes into making them really shows. I still have my very first pair of flares I brought for their first launch and the quality has remained the same. I genuinely do not buy from another loungewear brand because the quality never ever compares.

Disappointing experience with Sunde — especially from the founder herself
I’ve never had to write a review like this, but after my experience with Sunde and its founder, I think people deserve to know how the brand actually operates behind the scenes.
I joined the brand’s Creator Club because I genuinely liked the message they promoted — slow fashion, community, conscious consumption. I wasn’t expecting freebies or influencer perks; I was happy to pay for what I bought. But despite being a paying customer, I was removed from their creator programme three times — simply because I wasn’t purchasing as frequently as others.
When I asked why, I was told that my account hadn’t been “activated” because I hadn’t used my personal discount code enough. Let’s call that what it is: a sales metric. It has nothing to do with content creation or “community.” You can’t claim to promote slow fashion and then penalise people for not buying enough. That’s not slow fashion — that’s fast fashion in disguise.
When I respectfully raised this point to the founder, I was met with defensiveness instead of dialogue. Rather than addressing my concerns, she took it personally — sending multiple long messages about how self-funded her brand is, how much she’s invested, and even telling me, “This is a business, not a charity.”
For context: I never asked for free items. I’ve always paid with my own money.
Her tone quickly shifted from defensive to emotional, calling my messages “harsh,” “unfair,” and even “personally attacking.” At one point she compared herself to other well-known founders and asked if I’d speak to them the same way — which was bizarre, because I was speaking to her as a paying customer, not as a “fan.”
It’s incredibly frustrating trying to communicate with someone who confuses feedback with disrespect. Founders need to understand they aren’t their brand — criticism of a process isn’t a personal attack. My messages were calm and measured, and I have full screenshots to show that.
She’s now saying I was “rude” and that my “programme wasn’t activated” — but the screenshots tell a different story. I was part of the creator chat, then removed multiple times whenever I raised questions about their “UGC programme” and how it’s monitored.
Let’s be real: if you’re asking creators to constantly use their code or buy products to stay in your programme, you’re not building a community — you’re running a transactional sales loop. And if questioning that leads to being accused of “abuse” or “attacking” the founder, that says everything about how the brand is run.
It’s reactive, defensive, and, from my experience, emotionally driven.
I’ve now been removed from both their Creator Club and community chat — which honestly just confirms everything I said.
To anyone thinking of joining or collaborating with Sunde: proceed carefully, and look beyond the aesthetics. Transparency and accountability matter — and in my experience, both were lacking here.

UPDATE: The accusations they’re now throwing around are honestly laughable. This is genuinely getting ridiculous at this point. The fact that the brand has now resorted to calling me “toxic,” “unprofessional,” and claiming I “begged for freebies” says more about their communication style than mine.
Let’s be clear: I was accepted into the Creator Club, my account was activated (multiple times), and the founder personally guided me through the setup process — even helping me change my discount code. I have all of this in writing, along with messages where she encouraged me to reach out directly via WhatsApp for any issues. That’s the same number the brand now claims I “shouldn’t have messaged.”
At no point did I “beg” for anything — I asked the same questions any creator would about the programme I was invited into. I also made it clear I’d be sharing my experience publicly on TikTok and Trustpilot to help inform others — which is exactly what I’ve done. Nothing more, nothing less.

If you really believe there’s a legal case to be made, please — by all means — let’s take it to court. I have every single message, timestamp, and screenshot to back up what I’ve said.

Funnily enough the same founder, deleted their messages on WhatsApp after seeing that I posted a screen recording of it on social media. Time for you to wake up - Transparency isn’t defamatory — it’s just inconvenient when the truth doesn’t fit your story

We’re disappointed to read your review, as it is entirely misleading and does not reflect the truth of the situation.

To clarify, you were never part of our Creator Club programme, as your account was never successfully activated despite multiple prompts and reminders. This process is automated, and as explained on both our website and the Creator Club platform, accounts that are not activated or have no purchases linked to them are automatically revoked. This is standard for all users and not manually managed by the founder. We have no record of you ever being an active member of the group, club or affiliate scheme.

Unfortunately, you then sent a series of extremely inappropriate and aggressive messages directly to the founder’s personal phone number. We have retained full evidence of these messages. This behaviour was not only unacceptable but also deeply personal and defamatory.

Our Creator Club consists of over 300 genuine customers who have purchased from the brand, created content, and supported our community in the right spirit. We do not run a transactional loop — we never ask the girls in our community to buy from us on repeat. They choose to do so of their own free will because they love the brand, believe in what we stand for, and support a small slow-fashion business built on limited-run collections and high-quality products.

As stated, you never used your welcome discount — which, as a small self-funded start-up, we are under no obligation to offer — and your account was subsequently closed. Our Terms & Conditions clearly state that this code must be used within 14 days; however, we kindly extended this window for two months after your account was repeatedly cancelled due to inactivity.

You also made it clear that you do not wish to create content, which makes your complaint confusing — as the Creator Club is specifically a UGC and affiliate programme. If you had no intention of participating, we are unsure what the issue is, as your account’s deactivation had no effect on your ability to shop or engage with the brand as a customer.

Our founder had to block you after you continued to send irrelevant and aggressive messages, even after it was explained that she does not personally manage the Creator Club. Messaging a business owner in such an unprofessional, rude, and toxic manner was never going to achieve the outcome you wanted. Your images show that you have begged for freebies and discount codes and we have explained why your not accepted, and we have approached you in a polite manor, see your own screen shots.

We do not tolerate harassment or abuse toward our team or founder. We will be passing this evidence of hateful abuse on to both TikTok and Trustpilot, and if necessary, we will take further action to protect our brand, founder, and community from defamatory or harmful behaviour.

Please note that if this continues, we will be taking legal action, as your abusive messages are now documented and on record. You have not provided constructive feedback — you have personally and verbally abused the founder and fabricated details about a programme that does not exist.

We wish you the best moving forward, but we ask that you cease all communication and refrain from spreading false or defamatory information online.

Wouldn’t buy from this brand unless you…

Wouldn’t buy from this brand unless you want something to last two minutes and be claimed by customer service that you’ve caught the item on something also false returns information and still waiting a reply as I’ve been short changed! Bought the velour leggings set and wore for no longer than 2 minutes around the house. My partner came home from work and pointed out the material had bobbled and when I looked it was the top that had rubbed on the bottoms causing this. £45 per piece and you can’t wear together unless you want the material to ruin! Absolute joke, total waste of money and then you get accused of things you haven’t done. It’s okay I can live without £100 for a lounge set, I couldn’t care less about a refund anymore I just want to make everyone aware how terrible the quality of the products are.

Looking into your order and the email thread with our customer service team, we can see that your items were returned to our warehouse after being worn and unfortunately damaged. In line with our policies, our warehouse rejected those pieces, however, we did issue you a refund on three of the items you returned. Only one item was sent back to you, as it had been worn, passed all quality checks, and was not deemed faulty.

Please also note that your emails to our team had to be escalated due to the aggression and tone. This was before we had even received your items back to review first-hand, yet we still tried to resolve your concerns as quickly and fairly as possible.

It’s also important to mention that we work with an independent external faulty team who assess all returned items against our production test reports. These checks ensure a fair and unbiased process. This particular fabric is one of our bestsellers, has sold out multiple times, and has not previously presented any issues. We also see from your order history that you have purchased and kept other items in this exact same fabric, which is why your review has come as a surprise.

We always aim to resolve concerns fairly, and our team explained the process to you multiple times before even receiving your return. You were issued refunds where appropriate, and only the one non-faulty item was returned to you.

We are sorry your experience hasn’t been what you hoped, but we do want to assure you and all of our customers that every faulty claim is taken seriously, reviewed independently, and resolved fairly.

Great item but won't be returning as a customer. Disappointing and frustrating returns experience

Your latest response states that “returns are free and there are no fees involved,” which is misleading because in our email exchange you explained this only applies to
discounted items returned for a credit note. As per your website and also in your reply
from the first edit, full priced items returned
for a refund ARE subject to a handling fee,
and the customer also pays return shipping.

This wasn’t clearly shown at the time I
generated my return, as the minus tax figure was generated on the returns packing slip, which led to my original confusion.

I’ve already updated my review to reflect that misunderstanding, so it was disappointing to
see your latest edited response still describe
my updated review as “inaccurate,” as
though no correction had been made.

I decided to knock a star off for this further
experience.
In particular, your request to edit my review
otherwise you would impose unnecessary charges to my credit note return that
wouldn't normally apply.
This will be my final response, simply to ensure other customers have the full picture.

So there is a handling fee for returning full-priced items ONLY, which I hadn’t realised at first. When I saw a £6 difference between the £36 I paid and the £30 listed on the packing slip paperwork, I mistakenly assumed it was
a deduction, but I’ve since learned that it reflected tax, and no fee applied to my discounted item. I’m happy to correct that misunderstanding.

What I'm not happy about, however, is the tone of the company’s response. In one of their emails, they stated that they could impose unnecessary charges to my return (by deducting my credit note accordingly) if I chose to keep my review as it was.

"all we have done is show you that you haven't been charged anything, We can add those charges on if you would like to keep the review."

I found this highly inappropriate. Customers should never be made to feel that their right to leave honest feedback on their experience is conditional on the company’s approval. That sort of message crosses a line.

In the end, I’ve chosen to keep and gift the hoodie and won’t be proceeding with a return. The risk of being deducted charges unnecessarily unless my review is to their satisfaction, plus the hassle in the return itself is not worth it. It comes as no surprise I won't be shopping with Sunde again. The
product itself is lovely, but this email exchange has left a lasting impression, and not a good one.

Thanks for the reply, but I do need to correct a few things. I haven’t returned the hoodie yet, so no, I haven’t received a credit note at all yet. According to the packing slip, £6 will be deducted from the amount I originally paid, upon my return in the form of a credit note, so I’m not sure why you’re saying I’ve already received a full credit with no charges? I've sent an email containing a screenshot of packing slip.

I do appreciate the pressures of running a small brand (as I said before, I’ve supported you before and love the quality), but the returns process genuinely feels more rigid and expensive than most online retailers, especially for loyal customers. It’s not just about the money, it’s the added hassle of printing labels and paying fees on top of the cost of a product that didn’t quite work out.

I’ll update my review further once the return is processed, but I do hope this kind of feedback helps shape a more customer friendly experience as the brand grows.

I have bought a few pieces before and fell in love with the brand and quality of products. I have followed Tasha's journey on social media and wanted to support her when I fancied treating myself to some more new loungewear. I couldn't wait to place my order and await my beautifully packaged items.
I ordered three items totalling over £100. I decided to keep two of the items but to return the black boxy hoodie as it was too similar to the zip through Sunde hoodie I already have.
To my dismay, the returns policy really stung. I have never needed to return anything before from Sunde and so I was unaware of the returns policy. I accept that it's my fault for not reading the returns policy before ordering, but I do ALL my clothes shopping online and I have never come across such harsh return rules.
1. You can't get a refund on anything reduced. Credit note only. And....
2. You have to pay return shipping if you want a refund PLUS a £6 handling fee. I'm not sure whether that's £6 per item or £6 per order because I only wanted to return the one item.
3. Return labels have to be printed and attached to the order. Okay it's not a biggee but in the world of QR codes and inpost, it's a big inconvenience when you don't have access to a printer.

Amazing!

Sundé is my absolute go to!! The time and effort that has gone into this brand is unbelievable. The quality and customer service is amazing. The items are all so soft and durable, so comfy. Delivery is super fast and the packaging is unreal. I had an issue with shorts, and they were replaced in an instance with no drama. The entire returns process was super smooth and the contact was top notch, emails kept me up to date with it all. As well as the customer service, the clothing itself is top notch! The attention to detail is unmatched and every item is durable and comfortable. The quality is amazing, I’ve washed my hoodies and joggers numerous times and there’s no sign of wear or bobbling. I honestly can’t fault Sundé!!

I have nothing but good things to say about sunde, I have placed multiple orders for lots of items now, they are all 10000/10. I had to exchange one item for a smaller size and I had returned and received my exchange in around 4 days which is amazing! The soft touch hoodie, shorts and trousers are sooo nice the fabric is something else I wear these items day in day out along with my bralette. The long sleeve ribbed tops are amazing. I recently bought the white one and was blown away by the quality and it was not see through at all. This is a classic piece in my wardrobe that I will wear time and time again. If you have been thinking about buying from sunde, you will 100% not be disappointed x

Sundé is a fantastic brand which focuses on quality as much as aesthetics. I now have 4 items from Sundé and they are the softest, most comfortable pieces of clothing I own. The items come with a card explaining how to take care of the special fabric used, and the colours are absolutely gorgeous. I got a chocolate brown hoodie and lounge shorts set and I cannot get over how stunning the colour is. Sundé is perfect for lounging, and wearing out and about too! I cannot recommend it enough ❤️

Fake order numbers for clickbait

I stumbled on Sundé through Instagram and signed up to their marketing emails through their giveaway ad. I received an email with the subject line "Order #04582 is on the way… Shorts Just Restocked 👀" on 4/8/25. I open the email, and the email starts with "While your order is on its way, we’ve got good news—our best-selling lounge shorts are finally restocked." Since I enter multiple giveaways daily and often provide my full contact information, I didn't question what looked to be a genuine notification of something coming my way.

This email had no disclaimers within it, and there was nothing that identified it as a marketing email only. Imagine my surprise when reach out to their customer service a month later to ask about the status and receive "This is a marketing email from last month. This is not a valid order no. If you didn't place an order you wouldn't have sent a shipment email."

If I hadn't entered a giveaway for this company, I would've questioned it sooner, but the lack of transparency in their email marketing is pretty gross.

Your unprofessional, defensive response is exactly why I'm leaving my review up.

Regarding some of your comments:
1) "Simply signing up for a giveaway and expecting a freebie a month later" - I never requested, not expected, "a freebie". My original email to your customer service and my review here only asked for clarification, and pointed out that your email lacked clear disclaimers that the pretend order number was for marketing. On a professional level, this "strategy" may increase your clickthrough rate, but only out of confusion - not interest. If anything, it looks like you may have sent another person's order information to the wrong recipient or a fraud purchase occured.
2) "You didn't submit an order so we wouldn't have any address details" - many giveaways, including those in Instagram ads, request address information.
3) "a commonly used tactic to increase open rates—something widely adopted by many brands." - this is a very uncommon practice, and other brands that do this include a disclaimer within the email that it's not a real order. If you have examples to the contrary, I'd love to see them. The unclear messaging was the only thing I questioned. Maybe this is a regular occurrence and isn't considered deceptive in the UK, but if you're planning to market internationally you should do the barest of minimums and make marketing-only emails clearer.
4) "no similar concerns raised by our 25,000+ subscribers" - Okay? One person did, and all that was necessary was a "sorry, it's a marketing thing, we'll make it clearer next time." No "freebies" required, just a regular human interaction.

Your dismissive responses make it clear that someone who hasn't purchased from you isn't a "meaningful" subscriber - very telling of your attitude toward those who are interested in your brand but haven't purchased yet. Hope you treat your other 25,000+ subscribers better. Don't worry about me, I've unsubscribed.

Exceptional Quality and Outstanding Customer Service

Good customer service is hard to come by these days, but Sunde truly goes above and beyond. I had an issue with my leggings, and they replaced them straight away with no fuss. The entire process was smooth, and their team was so helpful and responsive. On top of that, the quality of their clothing is amazing, comfortable, well-made, and super soft. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and will definitely be shopping with them again. Highly recommend!
