Brought a electric lawn mower. Used it once it broke. Company sent a replacement. Works great lightweight.

They sell a wood chipper modelCJ603E and will not get the part CTPLATE which is a part that breaks easily. Been two years and they refuse to get that part even though they still sell the wood chipper.So if they still make it from China surely you would think that part would be available.They just don't want to stand behind the product once the warranty is over.

i purchase a sun blow rotor tiller from amazon,it worked lik it should for a while then kept quiting,the switch went bod or it was over heating,i returned it and sun joe hit me for a restocking fee for a bad product,a bad company selling a defective product,if you wnnt to get screwed buy from them,if not buy from some one else,they will stick it to you,

We have a Sun Joe pressure washer still under warranty. Initially I tried to BUY a plastic part that failed on the water inlet from Sun Joe. On the initial call I was told they didn't sell the failed part but if I had the receipt and it was less than 3 years old they would replace the entire pressure washer. With some digging I find the receipt where we bought in on Amazon less than three years ago. I call Sun Joe tell them all the above and they send me an email to respond to with the receipt which I did along with a very short video showing the terrible leak. They said Amazon was not an authorized seller of Sun Joe so no warranty. I wrote them back asking how did Amazon get them to sell. Off a hijacked tractor trailer? These people are weasels.

I didn't call the Sunjoe customer service about this product. After reading the reviews from others I don't expect anything different. Please do not buy Sunjoe flashlight. The battery only last for a few minutes after being fully charged. This is not a good product.

Customer service is only an AI. Says to call back between the hours of 10 AM 6 PM EST to speak to a person. Tried calling at 11 AM EST and it still says the same thing. They will not take a phone call.

I was given a SunJoe tiller and it only lasted for 5 uses. Contacted the company and sent all the pertinent information they requested. Everything was approved and told I would have my wire transfer in 7-10 days, jump forward to 6 weeks later still not refund has been received. Every time I get a different story or there accounting dept. is backlogged which isn't a good thing for a company. If I could give them a zero rating I would. Definitely do not recommend this brand or company and amazing it is still in business. Never again Sun Joe.

I purchased a hose from Home Depot. It lasted less than a month. Unfortunately I don’t have the receipt. This hose is not very durable. I’d rate a zero if the option was available

I purchase the 10 inch SunJoe stringless trimmer. Worst purchase ever. I spend more time replacing the blades than I do trimming my yard.

First let begin that I was once a giant loyal fan. Buying from garden gloves to lawn blower, hedge trimmers (yes more than one), to weed eaters. A total of 12 Sun Joe items. My purchase of a weed eater was when it all came to a head.
The unit stopped working, and I remembered that I purchased an extended warranty. So I contacted customer service and explained my situation. They asked for a receipt (I made the purchase online HSN). I contacted HSN and they sent me a letter on letter head with the entire details. I guess that wasn't good enough. The original order had to be replaced (under defective exchange). The young lady involved wanted to be an amateur crime fighter and denied my request. So I went to the website and printed out the extended warranty and sent it to Sun Joe.
Not good enough....Finally I had to contact the Better Business Bureau. After all the nonsense upper management had to resolve the issue.
Needle to say now I purchase Ryobi for my gardening needs. 5 new items for my DYI needs.

battery went dead will not charge they do not make a replacement 1 year old have to through the mower out model mj401c what a wast of money

Grass trimmer head broke, I saw it was still under warranty so I called them,they said to send them a copy of the proof of purchase and a Pic of the broken part which I did. They said I could have a new one sent when back in stock so I answered back right away okay. A few days later they acted like I didn't reply and canceled my order. I've bought tons of their products but this might be the end of our relationship if they won't replace my item.

If I could give Sunjoe a no star rating I would. About a year ago my girlfriend bought a trimmer and lost blades. She attempted to purchase the replacement parts but none were in stock. A year later I called Sunjoe to order the replacement parts, and they still did not have them in inventory and could not tell me when they might appear.
Don't fail to avoid Sunjoe products.

Horrible product. Horrible customer service they make fun of you that they can not provide the parts of their product. They ask you to wait. Its over 1.5 years.

Bought a SunJoe Cordless Compact Turbine Jet blower and when assembled can not be disassembled. The notches going into the sleeve clicks and there is no release to unclick. I have complained to SunJoe customer service and they respond like they don't know what I am talking about. There is only three pieces to this blower. I want to send back to HSN don't care for it, can't be disassembled. As a consumer, I have a right to return item and SunJoe decides for me. What if I got the blower assembled it and it didn't work, how would I have been abled to send it back, YOU CAN'T. THE BOX IT COMES IN IS SMALL. I tried UPS store, Lowes, Home Depot, Walmart, Staples none sell longated boxs, the only one was at UPS but it was for golf clubs, a huge box, would not have worked to send back. BEWARE, OF SUNJOE AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE, NEVER AGAIN. Then I heard back from SunJoe and they wanted a video of the problem, are you kidding me, it has three parts the notches that hold the sleeve clicks in and no release button, can't twist either. Then they replied we will pay up to $20.00 for you to buy a box and send it back after I emailed them that there are no LONGATED boxes in any store, BEWARE,

I submitted a warranty claim, and they repeatedly kept requesting information I either had already submitted or didn’t have access to, or sending me on wild goose chases to give them tax and shipping. I didn’t know tax and shipping, so I told them if they need it to give me a refund, feel free to deduct those amounts. It’s obvious they have no intention to ever standing behind their product and just hide behind arbitrary and inconsequential “requirements”. It's impossible that such a large company wouldn't be able to refund a customer within a few weeks. I've been sending emails for 2 months now asking for a Brex link... they say it's their way of refunding. I received the email in question 4 days after they sent it. Obviously the link is only good for 48 hours... so I have to start again. THEY DON'T WANT TO PAY YOU YOUR WARRANTY.

I had a teller from San Joe. I did a great job. It started running horribly. I took it apart. It was full of dirt and the drive gear had some teeth broken off of it called son Joe to buy the part. They don’t have the part they don’t make parts. I don’t understand that. Tell me pretty much I had to buy a new one.

I bought the 100V blower and it only lasted one season. The handle broke where it meets the motor. I opened a case with SUNJOE and they sent me a shipping label to send it off for repair. Almost a year went by and they never sent me the repaired item or a gift card for the item since they never sent it back. I will NEVER do business with SUNJOE again over the way they handled my purchase and repair of this blower. They went round and round about new documents I needed to provide until I couldn't provide anymore they said tough luck. I not only lost money buying it initially but I had to go buy another brand blower to get back to work on my lawn.

Bought a sunjoe pressure washer from Home Depot 3 years ago and it has been used 3-4 times and worked great. Went to use it this spring, ran for 10 seconds and stopped. Emailed SJ and of course it’s off warranty so I asked where to I bring it to get repaired and they have no clue. One guy at SJ gave me the government of Canada service centers where one goes for social assistance. Terrible Terrible service and I do not recommend their products. Might be best to purchase from a company that stands behind their product and has repair centers.
