i was sold a holiday from sunny breaks to the kleopatra sunlight in turkey wow the most traumatised holiday av ever had totaly miss sold got hear and its a hostel we were put in a room with holes in the bedroom floor electrics hanging out the walls plugs not attached holes in the drawers ment to be a pool view pfft could even go in the pool it was that dirty i complained and was told to shut the f up if i wasnt happy to get out the food is discusting and its ment to be all inclusive on the note it is vodka gin and beer cola and lemonade thats it most brittish people have been moved out to another hotel but still need to come down hear for the food be warrend these pic are faulse

Not only did he sort us out with a holiday that we wanted at a time when we couldn't find anything equivalent elsewhere.
When I had a bad experience with Ryanair (surprise surprise) - namely that they were unable to process a payment for a flight I was trying to book - despite me doing all the usual things (checking nothing wrong with card with bank, signing up for the Ryanair app, trying multiple browsers including in incognito mode, trying multiple computers) he was able to do the transaction for me and didn't even charge me a premium on top. Highly recommended and would certainly use again - not so convinced about Ryanair though!

If you want a particular hotel at certain dates . You'll get it . How many bags , cases ..Sorted.. Transfers. Sorted.
Second year for me booking through sunny and I always ask for John . So so helpfully.
