After a year, my inner case developed a small crack. I knew the case was warranted, and I went and found where I purchased it from the Supcase directly, and my warranty had just expired. I thought I would message them, and explain what what's happening to the inner case. I was quickly replied to, asked for some information, and was told my warranty was extended for another year, and they sent me a brand new case. Now that's customer service. I only needed the inner piece, but I received the whole case. After trying others a few years ago, I quickly found that Supcase cases, really are the best.
I probably have another 6 months to a year left on my phone, before I'll purchase a new model, but I'll most likely purchase a Supcase before the phone arrives at my home. Five Star Service!

The original case had a slight defect on the screen protector. It was replaced quickly by Supcase. The overall quality of the case is outstanding. I've used them on both the phones for myself and my wife for many years now. They are easy to install and provide excellent protection.

GREAT case with built in screen protector. I've used cases w/an adhesive screen protector and had multiple screens crack w/those. Not again! So glad to have found Supcase! Case is working magnificently and easy to install phone into.

Received an iPhone 16 pro max beetle phone case, the case is near fully enclosed, the screen protector on the front doesn’t fit, the screen is curved when the phone goes inside the case, this is like an air bubble between the phone screen and the see through protector which means when I type I’m pressing against air before my thumbs feel pressure on the phone, terrible quality, only revived it a few days ago, I’m sure they will respond saying sorry to hear that etc however I think that’s designed to keep new customers thinking well at least the company is responding that’s a good sign, however, if your easily swayed by a comment by the company over the actual quality of the product your about to buy then you may be lambs to the slaughter

So far, I bought a watch case for my galaxy watch and it's very durable and it looks good. My first one started to get a crack in it. And with the warranty, they replaced it at no cost. I highly recommend your products. I will get a phone case up on my next phone purchase.
