Overall, I had a good experience with Super Hauling Solution. The communication was helpful and the process was fairly smooth. There were a few small things that could have been better, but overall I’m satisfied with the service and appreciate the support throughout the shipment.

Complete Fraud! I had a signed contract with SHS and paid a deposit. As soon as that was complete, I got a message saying I needed to pay more to get a driver. I refused and escalated to their "support" who said they would take care of it at the price quoted.
After that, it was messages every day saying they were "working on it" and "we'll have someone today". Complete lies.

I went with a competitor (Hippo Haul) who completed everything, including a cross-country haul (WA to IA), in 3 days total.

I've filed a complaint with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, Disputed the Credit Card Charge, and more. Next is notifying the Attorney General in their state.

I wish I had found Hippo Haul first, because they actually did the job.
Avoid this company at all costs!

Great experience working with this auto transport broker. Professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Everything went smoothly from start to finish.

Overall I had a good experience with Super Hauling Solutions and I want thanks Tim Carter for a good costumer service. The price and pick up time were not exactly what was previously talked but overall good communication.

DO NOT USE! They are a total scam. I scheduled a month in advanced, called the DOT about their licensing, and asked a ton of questions about their two negative reviews (at the time). Michael Jones assured me that the negative reviews present were examples of same-day scheduling which is why things had gone awry in those cases. WRONG- things went awry because it’s a completely FAKE business. THEY WILL NEVER PICK UP YOUR CAR. THEY ARE A HUGE SCAM.

The day before the pickup they suddenly couldn’t allow the 200# of items in the vehicle, but then they weren’t sure maybe they could-however Michael continually couldn’t answer directly, and refused to answer calls. The next day (the date of the pickup) they tried to move the date-despite well knowing that I was leaving the state the very next morning at 5am. I had mentioned this a month ago because of the issue of contracting and brokering etc, and Michael has assured me it wouldn’t happen bc I scheduled so far in advance- obviously a lie. After much back and forth they “promised” they could find me a driver for the same day but at that point it felt obvious that it was a sham. Other reviews had rolled in about everyone being scammed and as far as I’m concerned I was scammed as well.
The guy didn’t even know what time zone it was in the state they were supposed to do my pickup.

I will make sure to edit about whether or not I receive my deposit back.

As a carrier, I would do business with them again.

Brain was very open & communicated things well. We had a couple of hiccups but Brain got the job done in the end & even offered some extra help on his end to fulfill the job.

Very bad experience. They assigned a fake driver, claimed the truck broke down, and then brought another driver at a price nearly $1,000 higher. This feels like a scam. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

This place is a SCAM!!! Don’t fall for it. All these positive reviews are fake. Avoid them at all cost. This is a real person with a real experience with them. They make it seem like you will legitimately get your car to your destination but it’s just so they can pull money from you with no service. I had requested to have my car transported gave the deposit set the date and everything, me and the person spoke about a particular date several times it was even documented. A day before the service I reached out just to confirm and he tells me the person to come ship the vehicle will come A WEEK AFTER. AFTER THE DATE WAS ALREADY PLANNED IN ADVANCE SEVERAL TIMES. LIKE THAT ISN’T A HUGE INCONVENIENCE. So as frustrating as that was I just decided to get a refund. I reached out 3 times for my refund. And a week later the person states I will only get half of my refund??? What. How am I getting half of my hard earned money for a service that never happened. These people have lost it and they are scammers that’s what they do. Every penny to them that they can lure and add counts. The person said it’s because of these “fees” like “load board fees” what’s with all the fees for a service that never even happened. Then I advocated to receive my refund in full. Because there was no service completed no reason to keep half or any of my money. Then the person reached back out to me and said they managed to get me approved for the full amount I was owed. $165 can be transferred to my account. So this is a a caught up scam. How was my full amount owed $165. When I payed $200 for no service. And on top of that they were trying to just cut half $100 to be sent back to me? Yes this all doesn’t add up and avoid this fake company. On top of that do yourself a favor and look up the company’s address on their website it’s points back to an individuals house not a building. This company is beyond fake and scammers just to get people to send “deposits” so it can add up for them.

Terrible experience. Do no book with this company. Communication is nonexistent. It's a bait and switch. We agreed on a date. We waited all day and no one came. They "guaranteed" someone would come the next day...you guessed it, no one showed. The driver was never on the way. I doubt they ever secured one. I will be filing a chargeback with my cc for the deposit. They do not respect your time or you.

They tell you one price and then it’s double the day they pickup your vehicle. Scam and dishonest people.

Brian was excellent to work with. He assured me the transfer back in March will be just as successful as the first transfer is, plus a discount!

This is one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. I would strongly recommend avoiding doing business with them.
They gave me a price and guaranteed that my car would be picked up, but no one showed up. Then they tried to double the price for the car pickup—and even after that, no one came to pick up the car.

Michael Jones with Super Hauling Solution was very responsive with a short notice pickup. The original driver was not able to pick up but Michael was quick to find another driver and get my Mustang delivered quick and at a reasonable price. The driver that delivered the car was a very nice guy and was in constant communication from pickup to drop off.

An excellent experience working with Michael Jones. He is highly professional and responsible, and maintained excellent communication throughout the process. Everything was well-organized, and he was very easy to work with. We definitely look forward to working together on future loads. 100% recommended!
