I recently had my gravel bike serviced here, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. 

Steve took the time to listen to the issues I was having, explained everything in a way that made sense, and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary work. The turnaround time was quick, and the quality of the service was excellent, my bike feels smoother, faster, and safer than it has in a long time.

What really stood out was the attention to detail and genuine care for both the customer and the bike. It’s not easy to find a mechanic you can trust, but this is definitely one of those places.

Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and top quality bike servicing!

Fantastic quick service, very knowledgeable

Steve has been servicing and repairing both my own and my wife's bikes for a few years now. The result has been excellent and of the highest quality every time. He's also managed to accommodate us at times when we needed a bike worked on in a hurry. All in all, I would much rather wait for Steve to carry out the work on our bikes than go to someone else.

Steve is a master of his art. With the best resources, knowledge and attention to detail, its a superb experience. Fully recommended.

I took my son's BMX race bike to Steve because he was recommended to me by someone at Bournemouth BMX club.
The bike was just not quite right, but I wasn't really sure exactly why. Steve took the bike and within a few days had given me a complete rundown of what he'd found and what needed doing.
A few days later we picked up a bike that was just a million times better than what went to him. Everything just works better, even down to the clip pedals.
