I ordered one super sleeper & you automatically charged me for two (2). I immediately realised that your had charged me for two & sent a msg within the hour of ordering it. (No Reply) asked to cancel one of them that I was chard-ged for, & later the next day received an email saying it was too late. Some efficiency on your part, it didn’t take too long to process the payment but to cancel within the hour. NOT HAPPY

Return of product
All company and logistical interaction were professional and efficient. The product however did not suit (and maybe is not for everyone). This is just a risk taken with online purchasing. The return and refund policy is good, however, the cost to return from a small regional town is a bit prohibitive.
