Exceeded my expectations

Great company, even better customer service! I've purchased many products from Supplied! The quality of their products have exceeded my expectations. Each time I've reached out to customer service, they went above and beyond the call of duty, always resolved my issue same day and made the process super easy. So happy I found them!

The baby blanket

I received my order in pretty much a timely manner. It was wrapped well. I live in Ohio and we tend to get deliveries later than most. The colors are subject to opinion. What is called pink I call lavendar. What is called red looks like pink. That was fine to me. I changed it for myself so it won't be confusing. One of the blankets have a double side that the others don't. I suppose this is due to the difference in suppliers. The blankets are great for babies or lap. The picture on the site is misleading but I understand the difference in cm vs inches. I ordered some in a different color so I am waiting to see what they look like. The zebra and leopard are great. I am pleased so far I just hope customers will be also.

Couldn’t be happier with Customer Support

I received my first order with supplied, I was missing some items and had one item I was less than happy with the quality. I emailed customer support and quickly got a response from Andrea. She promptly refunded my missing items and asked why I wasn’t happy with the other item, request a picture and refunded that item too.. I am super pleased with the outcome and response time..

Great Customer Service and Great Quality Products

I just received my first order! It arrived sooner than it was supposed to arrive.
Everything has great quality. Just as I expected. One of the items was defective, so I wrote an email, and Supplied! quickly answered my concerns and solved everything. Thanks to Irish for the support.
I feel very happy about having Supplied! as the supplier for my new business.

Product was missing a part

I received a product that was missing a part. I worked with Andrea and she credited the part of the bag that was missing. So it was quickly resolved. I always appreciate the prompt attention to what ever issues that arise.

Worst return experience of my life. 3 weeks long!

Update: I was contacted via email after posting this review and the issue was made right! Based on the awesome response by a manager, I will give this place another try.

TL;DR. I am 3 weeks into an on-going battle to return merchandise that meets the criteria for their return policy. Run.

The experience at the beginning was fine, received my order in 3 weeks. I initially gave this place a shot bc of their "no questions asked return policy" I was planning to vet the inventory I initially ordered, return what didn't work, and order in bulk of the items that did work.

First, the return policy is not no questions asked. They asked why I was returning everything, asked for pictures, and asked for the item name, price, & quantity.

Fine, nbd. Sent everything over via email minus the photos. Got on the chat & sent the photos to Irish. I am informed by her that my refund is approved and a pickup will be scheduled. Cool, was off work for a few days so not a problem had time to wait around for a fedex person. I let her know when I was available. Never got another response. Reached out again via email no response. Reached out via chat. The photos mysteriously disappeared.

Ok, again, wasted several days was frustrated but still had the photos. I sent them again. 2 weeks into the return I'm asked yet again what days work best for the pick up. The date range was unavailable and they asked for another one. I gave them another one and asked Irish to confirm if it will work. No reply. Next day, I am 30 mins away from my house and fedex rings my video doorbell saying he's there to pick up. He said he will try again the next day between 10-5. Well, I take a long lunch go home in hopes that I'll catch the fedex guy, nothing. Got home early from work. Nothing. Checked my doorbell footage. No one ever showed up.

Reached out to Irish again and requested (for the 2nd or 3rd time) a shipping label that I can print myself and take to fedex. My request is ignored and I get responses asking what day I am available for another pick up attempt. I again request a printable shipping label. After 3 weeks of dealing with a return, I get one via email. Irish says I have until 8/6/21 to drop the package off. I called fedex and they said they can print the label for me or just scan the barcode in the email.

I excitedly head to fedex. I arrive & I am told the shipping label is expired & I need to reach out to Supplied to give me a new one. I called the phone number listed on the email about issues with expired return labels. Straight to voicemail, not able to leave a message.

I chat with Andrea, super not helpful and un-empathetic just like the last 2 times I chatted with her about the return. The chat was disconnected when I reconnected I got Irish. I told her I was embarrassingly standing at fedex with an expired label, she said she would request it from the scheduling department but it would not get to me today. about 45 mins of back and forth, I attempt to purchase my own label (for $40) and asked for the return address. She refused to give it to me. I asked for manager contact. Refused to give it to me.

A lot more happened in between including Andrea closing the chat on me after I asked for the managers information and the Supplied facebook group admin denying my question about other people's experiences with returns.

Edit addressing reply: it seems this company missed the point. What they asked for to begin the return and whether the fedex pickup person was timely has nothing to do with my problem.

However, “No questions asked return policy” is on the website under FAQs under Returns. So, based on what they require to begin the return, it is false advertising.

And, I brought up the fedex person because I wanted the people who view this review to know how frustrating waiting for a pickup is especially after asking the company to send me a return label and being told it’s not possible by Andrea then being ignored when I asked Irish. I had to call her out and ask why she is ignoring my request. Then she sent me the expired label.

Finally, the review is true & I’m looking for all the chat conversations and email conversations to be reviewed.

We're sorry that your return process is taking an abnormally long time.

Our 30-day free returns policy is a satisfaction guarantee. Strictly speaking, it's not a 'no questions asked' policy. The answers to the questions we ask you will not affect whether or not we refund you. We simply ask them so that we can identify problems in our product or service and keep improving both our marketplace and our factory partners. However this shouldn't be delaying your return.

I will be investigating the communication logs as everything is recorded by our system, as we do take our customer service very seriously - and from the claims in your review it seems the customer service provided, if true, is absolutely unacceptable and will be addressed internally.

Additionally, unfortunately we do not have any control over whether or not a FedEx driver is punctual or not.

I'd like to understand in detail the remainder of the issues when you mention that 'a lot more happened' so if you could please respond to our request for more information that would be great.
