TERRIBLE service
While all of the Supply brand products I've tried so far are very good. Maybe better than very good. The customer service is TERRIBLE. I ordered replacement blades and waited and waited and waited never receiving my order or any explanation for the delay. I reached out to them only to find out the the blades I ordered were out of stock and delayed for more then two months! Does that seem appropriate for razor blades to anyone out there? Maybe when Supply grows up and fixes their supply chain problems they'll be worth dealing with, but until then I remain waiting for my refund. And they've turned off the review feature on their website.
