I played Supremacy 1914 for a long time and invested both money and many hours.
Out of nowhere my account was suspended for an alleged chargeback that I never requested.
I contacted support, but the investigation is slow and meanwhile all ongoing matches have been lost, making every purchase worthless.
No refund has been issued and there is no clear timeline or transparency about the process.

It’s a shame, because the game itself was enjoyable, but the way paying players are treated is deeply disappointing.

I really enjoyed this game, but I recently had a disappointing experience. I encountered a situation where either a player was cheating or the scan I purchased with premium currency showed incorrect information. I contacted support and provided a screenshot as evidence. They responded by saying it was a visual glitch.

The problem is, I paid specifically to see accurate information, and the feature clearly failed to serve its intended purpose. Despite that, support told me this wasn’t a case where a refund would be possible.

So in the end, I paid for something that didn’t work as promised, and they’re refusing to make it rigt.

Do not recommend really can you not make a game with it being pay to win or a bug causing the game to freeze or take a person's credit or debet card people would be better off with something else pvp so you don't have a pc or phone with problems
