I made 3 mistakes going to this shop
1) I went in it
2) I looked at there products
3) I bought from them.
At seeing the teams I liked I bought but when they delivered there was damage on the table
Wichita if it was there I would have seen it.
But know after 6 E mails back and forward they will not change it
As they say it was floor stock but floor stock should not be sold damaged.
If so should be advised as damaged stock.

Disgusting service. All smiles when buying, but bought a dining table, coffee table and tv and buffet and all are scratched with two deep cuts in the surface of the dining table. They didn’t answer calls when they did they told me it wasn’t the stores problem but the supplier, supplier said it was the stores. In fact they are married ( bosses of each) and running a dodgey business. They then said that I scratched it and they refuse to help. Then said I signed a satisfaction document - but they’d told me I signed for delivery. Never had any customer service like this, absolutely going to fair trade as I spent over 10,000 on this utter garbage.

Do not shop at Supreme Furniture Artarmon unless you want to be misled about fabric protection, then upon delivery, receive products which are stained and display such poor workmanship.
This is what we experienced when buying 2 sofas in March.When paying the deposit, the sales assistant asked if we wanted to take out a guarantee for fabric protection for 5 years at a cost of $199:00. She explained how the process worked, which was upon delivery to ring the company Guardsman, who would send someone to our place to treat the furniture with the product. We asked her twice about this process as we were very sceptical of what she said. Before delivery of the sofas we rang to have the process clarified to be told that it was not true. We were told we could have a refund so went to the store to do so, but then were
told we would not have the protection. Talk about confusion!
After 10 weeks our sofas were delivered in May. Upon unwrapping them we observed many stains, puckered fabric, crooked seams and the list goes on!
We immediately rang the Artarmon store and spoke to the manager who asked for photos of the problems to be sent. As well as doing this we went to the store to express our disappointment.
After looking at ACCC website we knew we had the right to request a refund so contacted the manager to state our intention. The customer service offered by him at the Artarmon store was appalling. The majority of our phone calls and emails were not returned and when they were, to “add insult to injury” we were offered $200:00 compensation.
Finally, after much communication with Fair Trading and our bank we were offered a temporary credit card chargeback. Supreme Furniture rejected our claims and presented untrue facts to the investigation.
This process has just been resolved in our favour, but only after waiting for five and a half months and our insistence to get what we were entitled to.
So, in order to avoid this sort of stress in your life, my recommendation is to AVOID Supreme Furniture and take your business elsewhere.

I purchased a lounge and dining on their opening weekend at the Belrose store and I needed a lounge and dining ASAP before moving into my new apartment. I spoke to [name removed] who supposedly was the owner of the store and the company. He was all promises and yes's during the sale (even delivery date was on the invoice) but as I needed the lounge the following weekend i was contacted the day before to say i wont receive my lounge. No solution was provided like loan lounge and not even an apology. I was so let down & should have went to a bigger store thats more reputable. No wonder he has 2 out of 5 stars here. I hope he ceases business soon.I'm sitting on the floor now :( :(
