Absolutely fantastic company to deal with. Sophie went above and beyond to send me a set of 4 retaining clips (free of charge) to hold the side blinds from sliding down during high winds...they work... Mehr ansehen

Excellent Garden Furniture

We have gradually purchased all of our garden furniture from Supremo and can highly recommend this company. The furniture is long-lasting and durable and looks great. Customer service is excellent. Had an issue with a recent delivery and the company was responsive and replaced the damaged part immediately. 5 stars from us.

This is just cautionary advice to those who are looking for something that will last longer than the two year warranty...go elsewhere...its warranted for two years for a reason.
Desperately disappointed with the durability of the not inexpensive product. If I knew I'd be changing all the furniture (£1500) after four years I'd have bought cheaper and changed sooner...lesson learned. I can't see any way of uploading images to support my comments.
Supremo can only reiterate their warranty conditions...

I emailed from the website after our 3x3 pergola canary was damaged during winter storage. Dena told me that I could purchase a replacement from them. I picked a replacement, unfortunately they no longer stocked the one that was damaged so we picked another one. Dena informed me how to pay which was very easy. I was told that I would receive it in 3 working days. I placed the order on Friday and received it on Monday. Excellent service Dena.

Contacted the company by email on Wednesday evening to replace a canopy that was damaged in some bad weather. Dena was really helpful and advised the cost to replace and arranged payment for me the next morning. Later that day I had confirmation that the item would be delivered the next day. Such amazing service and much better value going straight to the supplier than where I originally purchased the gazebo.

Excellent customer service at Supremo

Excellent customer service at Supremo. The garden set I purchased had a very small issue, I contacted the company directly and received a prompt reply. Quality of product is very good and would recommend this company for garden furniture.

Absolutely fantastic company to deal with. Sophie went above and beyond to send me a set of 4 retaining clips (free of charge) to hold the side blinds from sliding down during high winds...they worked fantastic especially during some very strong winds of late the blinds never slid down at all well done Supremo.

I had an issue with a new table that…

I had an issue with a new table that was just a month old
After contacting the retailer they contacted Supremo and gave me the contact details
I sent across some pictures and receipt and within a day they responded with a promise of a replacement when back in stock
The problem got worse and they helped out again
The service and response time from Sophie was brilliant, not all manufacturers are this good and efficient.

Excellent Customer Service

I had a problem with missing cushions from an outdoor dining set that we had purchased via a third party but Sharon in their customer support went to great lengths to ensure we received a set in the fastest possible time. An excellent level of service which is a great reflection of their customer focused approach. Well done to all involved but especially Sharon, she is a star 👍👍

Poor quality

Purchased the barcelona table and chairs. They are used in side in the winter and kept outside during summer. We have had them since May 2022. The rattan is falling apart.
The idea you pay more for quality, sadly not with this company.
Only 2 year guarantee.
Sent online forms with no response
Had to call to be told Nothing they can do.
Very poor quality.
Very poor service.
Overpriced rubbish.

Fast and efficient

I contacted Supremo to purchase 2 missing seat cushions for my garden furniture set bought at the end of the summer in the sale. The service I received both online and followed up by a telephone call from Bridget who was friendly, professional and efficient was excellent. I would highly recommend the company. It was great to do business with them. Thank you!

We have a Provence deluxe free arm…

We have a Provence deluxe free arm square parasol.it’s really well made and works great. But it doesn’t come with a colour coded covering the parasol is a grey colour and the cover is beige ? The company needs to sort out this but they won’t

Brilliant addition to the garden

We did lots of research before purchasing our pergola as you'd expect. We arrived at the BELFORT 3.6x3.6m after seeing one at a garden centre. The size was ideal for us and the fact it had integral lighting and curatins was ideal.
I contacted Supremo direct to ask about suppliers and availability. From the outset the response was great. We chose Indoor & Outdoor UK Ltd as they responded quickly to my enquiry and could also offer installation. Great team and very helpful. We did have a minor issue with the integral lighting but between Supremo and Indoor & Outdoor it's been sorted and working fine.
I can't fault the quality of the materials used, it looks great and we've been fortunate to use it a lot recently as the weather has been excellent.
I would have no hesitation at recommending both companies.

Completely unresponsive

I emailed as soon as we received our order as we had issues with some of the chairs. That was on the 12th July, I chased on the 4th August as hadn’t heard anything. I’ve now gone to contact them via their online form and the submit button doesn’t work. So don’t believe the five year warranty, it’s not worth anything if they just ignore you.

Only reason for the two stars rather than one is that we do like the set overall. It’s just a lot of money and would therefore expect it to be faultless.
