I can’t put zero stars but they have been ringing me above it 3 times a day for the last 3 -4 weeks, I always block the number and ring it back then press 1 to request no more calls. They are driving me insane
Nothing but NONE stop marketing calls
Nothing but NONE stop marketing calls. It’s like they love harassing people. I don’t even know how they got my number! I’m not interested. Thank god you can change the settings for unknown numbers. I’ve lost count how many times a day every day they try getting through. You would think they would get the hint. But no this just gives them more opportunity to call and harass

Left a review a few days ago didn’t think it would have any effect.
However after 2 months of not hearing from anyone from Sure Cover, I got 2 calls in 2 days. Romeo & Amanda
Amanda saying she thought she’d call after reading my review. Romeo & Amanda on separate calls, both claiming my policy was out of date?!
I kindly pointed out if my policy was out of date, I wouldn’t have called in the first place. Then also the 3 colleagues I did manage to speak too, I’m sure they would have said the policy was out of date?!!!
Honestly, literally trying to fool me….
So Amanda asked me to send a picture of my policy clearly showing the policy is in date. I did this within 20 minutes and guess what. HAVEN'T HEARD BACK SINCE!!

Spam calling
Spam calling, when I pick up the phone it goes dead. I call the number back and get there are no staff available. I've pressed 1 to not get anymore calls but I am still getting at least 3 calls per day. STOP fecking ringing me, I don't want your service . . .

Reporting to FCA and trading standards
Reporting to FCA and trading standards.
Deliberately targeting vulnerable people over the phone.
My grandmother who has dementia has been paying £200-£400 per month for appliance cover for the vet a year. It only came to light recently.
Will be reporting to anyone and everyone. Absolutely scandalous.
Update. Over £1000 taken in march. Reported to consumer protection and will report to the police

Telling me I have spoken to them before. I HAVEN'T.
Very rude and intrusive. Then argued with me when I politely told them I hadn't spoken to them and I was not interested.
How ironic, you are rude to me but tell me I am rude when I call you out!
I can easily deal with people like you but others may not be able to. You have been reported to the ICO.

The company is a SCAM company
The company is a SCAM company
They took my money in April 2025 over the phone of £198 for three years cover for washing machine so not due until 2028 .
I notice this month they have taken £396 from my bank account ,
I spent 1 hour 20 mins on hold and when I spoke to them they said they would get accounts to refund me ,
NO REFUND and now ignoring all emails which I’ve sent at least 20 emails and all ignored.
When I eventually get through on phone they end my call ,
I offered them the direction to give the money back that was unlawfully taken out my account but they won’t ,
It’s now been forwarded to the fraud department ,
This not a policy renewal but theft from my account and they shouldn’t have even kept my card details, I strongly advice avoiding this company like the plague
