Tuesday 26th of May, I deposited $90 on their website in individual payments. I put in a first $30, no issues. On the second payment which is $50, they took my money and didn’t even deposit it into my account until 24 hours later due to a “glitch”.

I let it slide since my money came through anyway, and played Dragon Fury and turned $50 into $500. I requested a withdrawal thinking it would be like any website where it’s generally pretty quick.

The first 24 hours I didn’t care, although it was unusual. The second day without my money, even more so. Two became three, three became six, and now it has been ten days without any update on my withdrawal, not even an option to review the process to see how my withdrawal was going.

I’m a pretty bad gambler, so going 10 days without ANY update was awful. The first days leading up to that one week period without it, I had been exchanging emails with Surge Casino’s support team, requesting even the slightest update on my withdrawal, to which they kept telling me there was a “Long list of customers in the queue” and telling me to “Be patient”.

Today I ultimately pulled the plug, and played that entire 500 down to zero. Not a single feature, on any bet, on any game. Which made me think, why, if they were processing my withdrawal, was the money able to be used in slots? Every game? Those 4 in particular are paid by the casino to promote their site, so whatever money they lose on their streams playing on the site is given back to them when they promote the website again. From what I’ve seen playing on the site myself and comparing it to all 4 creators that I listed, I’ve observed they get significantly more wins, more features, and overall more success than anyone else. I am almost certain they change the RTP of the games they play when they are active, and if you’ve read anything else I’ve said, this thought wouldn’t be that far of a stretch to believe.

Moral of the story, they’re scammers who hold your money as long as they can. Doesn’t matter if you withdraw with bank transfer or crypto, everyone has had the same experience and will tell you the same thing. I attempted to communicate with DiceyNinja myself and he refused to answer why the casino does this, just saying “Maybe it’s the bank”.

DiceyNinja, SargeSlaps, and degeneratebro have all won at least one grand jackpot on the website. DiceyNinja won over 20k, it was deposited within a day. SargeSlaps one between 80k-100k and that was deposited within two days. I can’t remember how much degen won but it was over 10k, same thing again, within a day. So why is it that any other player of Surge Casino complains how long the withdrawals take? I’ve seen people talk about how they tried to withdraw only $100 and it took more than two weeks. Stick to your PayID websites and avoid this crap.

Don’t even think about playing on this site. Took deposits in a heartbeat and I won over $600 and even continued to play to up the wager requirement. Requested a withdrawal for $500 and it sat there for a week with no action. I messaged multiple times and got pushed to the support email every single time until I had enough and threatened to tarnish their reputation through multiple platforms. Lo and behold they reply to me saying that the withdrawal is rejected with not one valid reason. Only that they need to investigate the bets. The live chat agent then proceeds to tell me that my withdrawal limit is set to 0.01c and then suspends my account.
