You had what I wanted and delivered promptly

Coconut coir blocks easy to prepare. Resulting compost great to handle and use, especially for potting on. Plants all growing v well, compost holding water well.
Won’t buy any other compost

Service excellent but will have to wait for the results on the seedlings.

Too soon to tell if the compost is as good as the Which? Review for me. Impressive that the 70 litres of compost comes in two small blocks that need almost 20 litres of water added as it swells to fill my wheelbarrow

DPD lost my package and thankfully I live 40 mins from suppliers base so collected substitute

The Easy compost that I ordered was good and as specified but, I had to wait over 2 months for it to be delivered as their manufacturer let them down. Waiting this long for compost at this time of year is not ideal.
My next order for the compost was a victim of their delivery company but on contacting Sustainable it was quickly sorted out and I received it a few days later.

We ordered compost from this company - a Which recommendation. Estimated delivery for February. Later, we received an email about supply issues with an estimated delivery for the end of March. There was no sign of delivery at the end of March. We telephoned and were told the delivery was due out in a couple of days. That deadline has been and gone. We've tried for the past two days to speak to someone. The phone goes to voicemail! We've contacted Which as they recommended them. We've left a voice mail message and left a message on Messenger. We now want our money back. UPDATE: We managed to speak to someone. We were informed our compost had been collected by DPD and would be delivered soon. A later email gave us a tracking number. We put the tracking number in, it told us they had our details and were waiting for our parcel. We have checked two or three times a day and receive the same message!

Unfortunately an order I placed couldn’t be fulfilled owing to supply issues beyond their control. Their communication regarding the problem was exemplary and the delays honestly communicated. I became desperate for my order and on relaying my concern they helped by outsourcing a supply which was promptly delivered. I found the company honest, and extremely helpful on this my first order. A pleasure to deal with.

I have still not received the whole order after a month

Delivery was slower than expected but the compost when added to water feels lovely. Will have to wait to see how the plants grow.

It's obviously too early to comment on how well the compost is making my seedlings grow; I can only comment on the process.

The delivery was good. The compost was sealed in polythene as thin bricks. Putting one of these in (lots of) water gradually resulted in swelling though I suspect that if I hadn't hastened the process it would likely take two days for full recovery of volume. Even then there'd likely be lumps needing attention. The volume of water absorbed is amazing.

The end result is like no other compost I have used in that it is so easy to clean hands completely. The plants seem to be growing on nicely.

Perfect, wonderful plants

Easy to order, dispatched and delivered promptly. 'In the green' snowdrop bulb was well packaged so it arrived in pristine condition.
The bonus was that the recipient, a snowdrop enthusiast, was delighted that it was a variety that she'd not heard of so was new to her collection!
