I have three sweater by Sutsu, and to be honest, the quality of the sweaters in Mediocre. They're ok, but do not have the premium look, feel and fitting as stated on their website. I was looking for sweaters that fit better than the usual sweaters but after three or four washings (30 degrees max) the sweaters lose their shape and colour. It is not something i could wear to work anymore, but rather at home or super casual settings. Also, the arm cuffs on the grey one are way to tight, so my sleeves keep crawling up my arm during day to day life.
Disappointed, since i was especially looking for that premium look.

Received a present from a friend,in the post,wrong size.
No real details but sent an email with the scant information.

De slimfit Sweatshirts zijn van prima kwaliteit. Ik heb al meerdere complimenten gekregen dat het ''hert'' er zo mooi op geborduurd is (M.b.t.: Deer o Deer). Ik moet nog wel even afwachten hoe de kwaliteit is na een aantal keer wassen, maar de eerste indruk is super.

I recently placed another order with Sutsu and was asked for my feedback. There was a small issue with the order — nothing major — and the team solved it immediately. The customer service was extremely friendly, fast and helpful throughout the entire process.

People can be quick to criticise, often misleading websites with poor quality products from China. Sutsu are excellent, have bought a few things. Great design and quality products and would highly recommends.

Firstly, this company makes fantastic products. Well made and great designs. I ordered a hat from them the other day, instagram messaged the company asking for it to be shipped as soon as possible as I’m leaving the country soon and wanted to take the hat with me. Sure enough I received a message saying it’s all been sorted and the next day the hat arrived. 10/10 customer service and products cannot thank the team enough.

Sutsu are everything I want in a clothing company: the products are beautiful quality and wash really well, the designs are subtle and tasteful, and their customer service is the best I’ve come across. Not to mention ethical and sustainable. Just great in every way, thank you!

Ordered a sweatshirt for a Christmas present. It arrived and had a fault in the neckline. I contacted customer service late in the evening and a reply within 5 minutes. 4 days later I had a replacement which was perfect. Amazing customer service and great products. Will highly recommend to anyone. I was sceptical as I'd never heard of them but the service I received was second to none. Keep being great!

Les casquettes ne sont pas brodés ! C'est juste un patch collé (pas droit) à la casquette qui est ... Made in China. Coté éco responsable on repassera.

Retours payants, par soucis écoresponsable...

Marque à fuir pour les casquettes, le reste est peut être meilleur.

Commande conforme aux attentes, qualité correcte, dommage pour une marque qui se veut éco-responsable de voir Made in Bangladesh

Great quality products and excellent customer service. One of the sweatshirts I wanted wasn't available in my preferred fit. I emailed them to ask if it would be available in future and they got it made up as a bespoke order. Very reasonably priced too.

This company is amazing, their clothing is well made with very good quality with great fit. They're the only t-shirts I wear now! And their customer service is absolutely top-tier, extremely quick to respond and extremely helpful, couldn't ask for a better experience at all!!!

I ordered from Sutsu as I originally liked the look of their t-shirts. I then read the journey map of where the t-shirts start and finish across the world and how the cost of the t-shirts is broken down.
The shirts arrived and were very good quality, but 2 of the shirts had the right printed pattern on them but the wrong colour. Within 24 hours, I had 2 brand new t-shirts delivered to me. The customer service and the speed of the response I haven't experienced elsewhere. This is a great company, doing good and delivering quality.

Excellent, love this company. I have just ordered my 2nd batch of T-shirts inside a year and after not being able to find a previous design on the website, I sent an email to enquire if the design was still available, not really expecting a response. I got a prompt reply from Eimer, and despite the design being discontinued, Eimer stepped up and arranged an order with my favoured design alongside some new ones and sent through an invoice for payment. Great customer service which is hard to find these days. T-shirts arrived today and I'm very happy. Will be ordering again. Thanks Eimer and team.

Purchased my first Sutus item, heavy weight Duck Canvas Shorts, they are without any doubt the best shorts I have ever had, very comfortable, made from excellent quality material which has been crafted into simply brilliant shorts. I love the style, they are detail rich, my phone even fits in the phone pocket, I just love them, I just wish they came in more than two colours. I recommend them to you as I’m sure you will be delighted with them as well.
