Excellent, friendly and professional service
We visited the Old Brompton Rd shop and the service was excellent. I have had appointments with other jewellers in the past about selling some jewellery and, even when the items were expensive, were invariably treated in a superior / patronising way and left feeling like they were trying to rip us off. . Here, the gentleman who served us (the manager?) was polite, charming, professional and we felt the offer he made was genuine and considered. We accepted it and the funds were in our account later that day. Rachel, the assistant manager, was also a delight. We would definitely recommend and would happily use them again.

The service end to end was very professional and efficient
The service end to end was very efficient and professional. The initial quote received by Suttons and Robertsons was over 20% more than others that I had enquired with.
My jewellery was sent to the Victoria branch and was received on a Saturday. The Assistant Manager (Ruth) was very helpful. Even though she was not able to process my payment on the same, she was very transparent about this and prioritised it for Monday.
End to end, it was a very seamless process and I would definitely return to Suttons and Robertsons in the future for any buying/selling.
