I work from home, coffee shops, and pretty much anywhere I can get a decent Wi-Fi signal. I've tried a few laptop stands over the years and they've all been either too bulky to bother carrying or wobbly as anything when you're not sat at a proper desk.

The Svelt is different. It's thin enough to just slip in my bag without thinking about it, and it's genuinely stable on my lap, not just on a desk. I use it every single day and it's made a real difference to my posture, especially on longer working days. The three angle options are a nice touch too.

If you work from different spots throughout the week and you're sick of hunching over your laptop, just get one. It's a game changer.

was an early adopter so it definitely took a while to come in. i do love the different levels it provides and able to use on the lap - however, it is extremely heavy. would love to see a v2 that is much lighter. also is there a way to create it so when you pick up the computer it doesn't separate when you pick it up? is there a magnet system that could the bottom of the computer and the product not separate until dony so intentionally? would so love if it was a bit more custom fit to the computer size. there is excess material around the bottom of my macbook that could be trimmed.

I was an 'early bird' adopter for the Svelt laptop stand so I had to wait ages for it to make it to market and arrive from the USA.
Overall, it is a good product but I just wish they made them for different sized MacBooks. It is clearly designed for a 14" laptop, as the dips in the surface (to accommodate the laptop's feet) are in the wrong place for my 16" 2023 MacBook Pro M3. That said, it does support my MacBook better than the cheap aluminium cross-over model I got from Amazon. It does move slightly when typing but it isn't anything like a deal-breaker.
Svelt kept me updated on progress [just] between ordering and delivery, so I wish them well.
Am I glad I ordered? Yes.
Would I order again? Yes

Amazing laptop stand, keeps my lap cool even when my laptop is running hot, and really convenient to prop it up whenever I want to! Has helped better my posture while using it as well. Would highly recommend it to anyone

It’s really convenient and quick.
It’s stable at times, shakes on the other hand. It’s slanted in someway, even it’s on the table or flat form.

This is a very well engineered product that is extremely sturdy, and made of high-quality materials, but I think that is part of the problem: it's simply too heavy to be practical for me. When I pre-ordered it, I did so without realizing what the final weight would be. If I had known that, I wouldn't have ordered it.

At 1.2 lb, it adds 34% to the total weight to my 14-inch MacBook Pro, making an already somewhat heavy laptop a heavy lift at 4.7 pounds total. While this might be fine for carrying your laptop around inside an office or home environment, traveling with this would be absolutely brutal. I plan on removing it before I have to do any travel, so I've all but wasted $47. I'll replace it with a MOFT stand that weighs 9.59oz (50% lighter than the Svelt).

On the plus side, it makes a laptop usable in your lap, and the multiple viewing angles are very helpful.

I would love to see a V2 of the product keep the same design but focus on reducing the weight, perhaps with some sort of carbon fiber material that is both strong and lightweight.

Love how I totally forget that it is attached to my laptop, so I literally have a good posture wherever I get to work. It really helps with my neck pain and looks super stylish!

For such a simple idea, the Svelt laptop stand has been a total game changer for me. Very slim and doesn't add any bulk, but provides a lot of functionality. Stopped me from slouching in my chair and saved me a lot of neck pain. Would recommend.

As an entrepreneur, I work on the go, on my mac. Couch, bed, airplane, cafe, everyplace is a workstation. So, I needed a stand that was not too bulky and gave an elevation to my laptop to improve my posture. I saw Svelt on insta and it checked all the boxes. Light, portable and gives me good posture and the price does not hurt my pocket.

Such a cool laptop stand. It is lightweight, easy to fix onto the laptop and it has adjustable angles function. Just feel that it is part of the laptop rather than an accessory. Oh...and most importantly, no more sweaty lap and aching neck.

Svelt is a life changer. I always had immense neck pain due to me always sitting down with my laptop on my lap slouching, but Svelt relieved me. If you're on the fence, just buy it! You will not regret it!

Love the product. Its light and really helps in settings where you don't have an external screen. I've had it on my laptop now for well over a month that involved a lot of travel and I don't even notice it anymore. It barely adds weight and really makes working a lot better.

Absolutely love the product - super thin and light. Love that there’s 3 angles so I can adjust it based on where im working. The fact that I ca use it so comfortably on my lap makes it a total game changer because I can work with it anywhere! Highly recommend.

Have been using the laptop stand for a few days now and it's been a game changer for me - before using Svelt, the heating problem with laptops made it very uncomfortable to work on a couch but now that problem has completely gone away. And am also not slouching anymore when getting on video calls.
