We placed an order on 1/04/26. We live in Melbourne. It has taken 21 days to arrive!! Our son has been suffering from Eczema all his life and we were really hoping for a quick response. Unfortunately it was not to be. Not only that, the package is incomplete !!! , missing the Gentle Barrier body wash. Dear me. Our experience with Sven, If you're suffering from Eczema, be prepared to wait a lengthy time to receive your item's, maybe a month.
Dear Sven, do not accept a payment if you do not have stock. If you can't meet demand, let the people know that they'll be waiting up to a month. We now wish we never parted with almost $100 and waited so long for an incomplete package, and have since re-booked to see a dermatologist. And no, this is not a matter of postal delays. Postal services are all running as expected globally as we (and everyone we know) have received items from Europe, Asia and Australia all within normal timeframes (5-10 days), during this same period. Unfortunately we can't rate the product, this is purely our experience regarding the purchase and lengthy delays & incomplete package.

Finally, a product that works for our son! He has had eczema since he was newborn and nothing we have tried worked, apart from topical steroids, which we try to avoid. Enter, Miracle Manuka. By day 4, we noticed the redness going down, by day 10, the sores were drying out and starting to heal. We are now 16 days into the journey, and while his skin is still recovering and itchy, we couldn’t be happier with the results.

It didn’t work for my 7 years old , it actually made her eczema worse , they say 60 days money back guarantee but I tried to contact them no one replied my email . I bought both cream and balm both are not helpful and made thing worse .

The product does not work after using it on my son for one month, then i requested a refund as there website states that “if product doesn’t work, will refund your purchase with no questions ask.” I emailed them and they would offer me discounts of $15 dollars to try other products. I told them they wasted my time and effort of using it daily for one month. Not going to try any other of your products just give my refund back as your website states. Now they ask me to send their product back to their address and they would refund my back. But the cost of sending it back i would have to pay for myself. This manuka cream and balm which i used is a scam. So is there website stating no questions ask for refund. They have breached their legal rights of fraud allegations. I will seek further law suit against them soon, but im writing a review to warn all those they was going to give this product that doesn't work a try. As you would be wasting your time and effort. Just for a measly $60 they wouldn’t follow their obligations.

I am an eczema sufferer who shares my skin journey openly online, so I was extremely disturbed to discover that this brand is using my face in a paid advertisement without my consent.

Not only have I never used or endorsed this product, but the image has also been altered using AI to promote it.

The photo they have taken was from a deeply personal time in my life, shortly after the death of a close family member. It has absolutely no connection to their product.

Using someone’s real skin journey in this way is not only unethical, it is misleading to people who are genuinely looking for help with their eczema.

I would strongly question the integrity of a brand that takes real people’s faces, alters them, and uses them to sell products without permission.

They seem to think I have chosen a subscription, so they have charged my account again. I have emailed them and I only get automatically replies. They have no phone number on there web page and only a third party logistics address in NZ. Any business that does make it easy to talk to anyone with a real problem is bound to be doggy. So far not reply and no refund. Beware.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I have to share my experience. For the past two years, I had a stubborn problem with two of my fingers. I’d been to the doctor multiple times and nothing helped. I was really skeptical about using Sweyn Island Eczema Cream, but after seeing some reviews, before-and-after photos, and the 60-day guarantee, I thought, why not give it a shot? I’ve got to say, it’s been two weeks now and my fingers are completely healed. Honestly, it feels like a miracle cream!

I purchased this as I have had ongoing issues with eczema on my hands. I used both the creme and balm consistently (morning, after every hand wash, before bed) over a period of a month—it stung every time and, what started as a two coin-sized patches of eczema on my right palm, now covers my entire palm, a few fingers & a coin-sized patch has formed on my left hand. I so desperately wanted this to work for me as it had with others but it didn’t.

I’ve jumped over to QV’s intensive wash and ointment and seen a massive improvement.

We used both the eczema cream and balm, complimenting each other as the cream works as a preventive, while the balm is more an on the spot acute remedy. We can truly recommend those products for any eczema or skin conditions.

An absolute miracle! Finally something that works on my psoriasis AND it’s natural. Such a Godsend. I use both the balm (at night time) and the cream (each morning). Until now the only thing that worked was steroid creams - and nobody wants to do that forever. Thanks guys - I’m so happy. I really hope others try this - it’s made a huge difference in my life. Total game changer.

My baby had really bad eczema that spread from his bottom up his back, then went up his shoulders and face. His face looked like he had wrinkly burn scars. Steroid creams only made it worse. We've used it for 2-3 weeks now and his cheeks are almost back to normal. They're actually soft again. Can't recommend it enough.

If I could give it minus 100 i would. This company is a scam. once you buy a product from them they keep your card details and 'subscribe' you to their monthly billing for the same amount. they keep billing your card until you notice it and cancel your card. IT IS A SCAM!!!!!!

This product helped back of knee toddler dry/cracked and sore skin. Using it daily helps keep it at bay and it smells so nice

At first I was skeptical about the effectiveness of the cream & ointment but after 2 weeks of use I am surprised by how well it worked. For years I have used steroid cream and never had great success with them.

This is a product I have found to work, both on my 60yo skin (I prefer the balm), and my 2yo grandsons eczema (he prefers the cream). I have taken up a subscription, I like it so much.
