My bankrupt estate was referred to this company. Problems started when they froze my bank account having given me no more than three hours to prevent this. Subsequently, they mismanaged my estate, threatening to sell my property at a loss although I had a payment arrangement in place with the creditor. They refused to explain any of their decisions or clarify their intentions. When I have sought to verify what advice they have provided with creditors, I have been told it was incorrect. have had to complain to AFSA and about SV Partners' mismanagement.

This firm - SV Partners - Melbourne - was appointed by my wife to assist in the Voluntary Administration of our business - FineTea Pty Ltd t/as Hopetoun Tea Rooms est. 1892 (tm). During the Administration we caught the Administrator on CCTV colluding with people and assisting in the theft of Assets from our company and then destroying evidence - and coercing us to withdrawal a police report of theft against all involved. Stay away, Stay way, is all I can say.
