I have shipped my vehicle through Smooth Vehicle Shipping & Cargo, and my experience was excellent, all thanks to their agent Aron Elton.

Aron Elton the agent that assisted in getting our 2019 Dodge Prosmaster van transported from Illinois to Texas was great! He gave us a quote that beat many we had received. He was attentive from start to finish. Looking to work with them again in the future.

The Agent that quoted me, Mr.Elton, was incredibly gracious while the final decision was being made. Unfortunately, the place where we purchased the Cullinan said they would bring it back to our new residence in Florida at no cost...

Even though shipping did not workout for some reasons Max Wilson was very prompt and curtious

DO NOT USE THEM. SCAM ALERT. I am amazed this company has anything but 1 star reviews. They are a scam running out of India. I didn’t realize how the auto shipping industry worked, so when they offered me a low rate of $250, I was ecstatic. They told me it would be picked up in 2 days, at the most 3. I even bought a flight based on their confidence. The days came and went without any communication from them. I missed my flight. When I call, they interrupt me with their excuses. I have not heard from them after 5 days and don’t expect to. Since then I have learned there are countless of these “brokers” in India pretending to be in the USA and offering unbelievable rates. They then make you pay in Zelle or Cash App so there is no way of getting the money back. The reason no one is picking up your car is that no one would for $250. It doesn’t make economic sense for them. Since then I’ve had to pay $650 for real transport.

Bryan Smith and his manager Devin helped me. I was quoted a price that unfortunately went up a bit when it came time to ship, but it was still a great deal and great service. Devin and Bryan listened and navigated all concerns I had. My car was shipped and delivered on time. I would definitely use them again.
