Sent the completely wrong order than what was requested and when I contacted them they said there was nothing they could do despite me doing exactly what was requested. Sweets didn't taste great, had a damp taste from them. Won't be buying again

I went for the 2kg create your own, so let's start with the good...
1. Got plenty of sweets. The bags were stuffed full. On weighing them each bag was around 600g or so - well under the 2kg. However, there was an extra cable sweet bag that seemed to make up the difference in addition to the free cable bag they were advertisting. So - all good.
2. Sweets arrived pretty quickly.

Now the bad...
1. Some of the sweets - mostly the foam ones e.g. pink shrimps or bananas - are badly formed and almost stale. They taste ok but they are obviously not fresh or well made.
2. A lot of the cable sweets were broken - again an obvious indication that these are the sweets that don't make the cut anywhere else.

Overall the price per 100g is pretty good but I don't think I'll be buying again.

Should have read reviews before ordering - still waiting for my order, which I placed over 3 weeks ago - despite saying it will be delivered in 2-4 days…. They don’t reply to any emails…. Shocking service 😡😡

I placed an order over 2 weeks ago and still no sign of the sweet. I had an email from EVRI to say they are waiting for the parcel. I have followed up with 2 emails - no response to either, tried to call - no answer, tried to contact them on Facebook - no response!!! Appalling way to treat people who are buying a product.

Never received my order and reached out multiple times, no sign of order leaving warehouse been a few weeks and no reply on social media or via email

Ordered sweets and they were all hard, stuck together and growing white stuff on them! I emailed, had one response, sent over photos, on day 11 now and no response! I have now been blocked by this company! DO NOT BUY!!

If you can't already tell - we've had a terrible experience, just like so many others. Wish I had seen these reviews before parting with our money but lesson learnt.
As sad as this sounds, a big reason why we placed an order in the first place was due to who the founder is. We watched Sean on Love Island and loved the cheeky and fun relationship that him and Lucinda developed. So one night when craving something naughty and non diet, it seemed a non brainer to support a small business and the couple who had stolen our hearts. Being a very large family with 2 parents and 6 teens / young adults and their partners, our order came in at over £120. Please don't judge us too much, that amount is spread between 12 of us - and was meant to stock up our goodie cupboard.
We placed our order a few weeks ago on a Saturday evening, fully expecting it to arrive by the following weekend, which is when we have our weekly family fun night.
But nope, nothing arrived. Being optimistic, we waited another whole week with no delivery. We sent a message via the website on the following Saturday, fully aware that it was the weekend and that we may have to wait a few days for a response. It took 4 days to get a reply, which assured us that the order was in hand and to please allow a few days for delivery. By the following Friday, almost 3 weeks since placing our order, we still haven't received anything.
We have since sent an additional 5 messages in the past week and it's been crickets apart from one response saying that our order should have been received, and thanking us for our custom. They even asked us to leave a review - so here it is!
It's probably important for me to mention that the last message had another clients full name, address and order number on it. So aswell as not sending out orders, it seems that they struggle with confidentiality too!
Luckily our bank are fairly helpful and have started the process of reimbursing our money.
But as for this company and its ethics? Its left a sour taste in our mouths. And not the sour fangtastic taste we were hoping for.
Needless to say.... we now see Sean as a slippery, thieving snake - just like the yellow bellied Haribo sweets he likes to promote!
The only positive is that the website was fairly easy to use, and I'm being super generous in mentioning that.
So Sean.... it's probably time to sort your business out. Being a Z list celebrity won't provide you comfort forever you know.
A big thumbs down from us. Please save your time and money, because you can buy all his sweets in a supermarket for a fraction of the price anyway!

I placed an order with sweet delivery the order came about 5 days later once opened there were missing items I have tried to make contact but no response I won’t be using this company again.

Recieves the sweets missed items in my order.
Customer Service replied at first then just ignored me after several attempts of trying to get in touch.
Sweets were wrong and not the best at all. Waste of money qiukd not recommended here at all

Horrendous customer service!! Still awaiting a response! Sweets never arrived, still waiting on Evri pick up apparently. Annoyed I never read these reviews before I ordered. Save your money or go else where! Avoid at all costs! 1 star is being over generous, not an option to leave 0!!

Sweets missing from order! 4 emails sent, no reply. Unable to contact on Instagram as not accepting messages. Commented on an Instagram post, no reply despite always being active! No number to contact. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Ordered for my boy took payment never received goods no correspondence from emails nor other platforms been waiting over a month for any acknowledgement

ordered the choose yourself option and website states 2-4 days for delivery. received email saying being shipped with Evri. Evri then never received the parcel so emailed sweet delivery customer service. really poor with replying and i eventually emailed saying cancel and refund as they would arrive too late. never got anything back so got my bank to arrange refund instead. Finally the item turned up but i dont want them. And they are not even the sweets i picked.

Ordered a bundle and choose favourites for an occasion. Order hasn't arrived so I chased. No response. Finally got a response saying they were having courier issues. Order arrived, opened the 2 larger bags. Sweets all stuck together. One of my options were the fried eggs - there were 7 between 2 big bags! Some of the sweets were stale. Most of it has gone in the bin. What a gimmick. You email customer services, get an automatic reply saying they will be in touch in 48 hours... No such luck. Don't waste your time and money on this nonsense.

Ordered nearly 2 weeks ago for my sons s birthday and still no sign of my order arriving. poor communication , I heard nothing about my order until i said I want to cancel it all of a sudden it was with Evri but still not arrived. I would avoid in future.

So disappointed. Ordered sweets for a special weekend away. Not even shipped. Commented on socials , no reply. Emailed, no reply. I’d of ordered from a different company had I know. Why take the order if you cannot fulfil it?!

Wouldn’t mind but I didn’t read the reviews as my boyfriend didn’t have an issue with his order a couple months ago. Looking at these reviews looks like scam artists keeping money and not replying, which is shocking when the owner is so well known too.

Very disappointed with my order. The items were poorly packaged and the courier left the parcel outside in the rain. When I opened it, several items were missing and the free cables included were all snapped. I haven’t tried the sweets yet as they’re for my son’s party, but the presentation was really poor. What’s even more frustrating is that the missing items still haven’t been replaced and I’ve had no reply to my message. Overall, a very disappointing experience

placed an order and then nothing .. then evri said they were expecting the parcel and that was a week ago.. have sent email's and nothing recieved. unfortunatly i may have lost my 30 pounds.. so it pays to read the reviews on trustpilot as they delete the bad reviews on the website.. BUYER BEWARE.. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I placed an order, got told it was sent and then there was a problem so order returned back to them, all while me not receiving any communication about what was happening before it happened, all confirmed by them eventually but still have not received a refund and that was over a week ago, have sent so many emails and left voicemails but nothing. I just want you to refund my money for goods I never received that you have back with you, confirmed by you and the tracking information.

I don't think this company is operational anymore, judging by the reviews here and my experience, which mirrors other recent reviews: no delivery has arrived, and there has been no response to several emails over the last 8 days.
