Really helpful at first. Then stopped answering calls. Then sold my debt on to another recovery firm which has since been resold and resold. And every time it appears as a new debt and my credit score crashes again. Probably legal but certainly shouldn’t be!

I contacted these people and was surprised how sympathetic and helpful the person ( who I knew as Jack) was to my problem. After a quite long telephone call in which he took all my details, he advised me of my options. Once I had chosen what path to take, QIS took control of my affairs.
