They are scammers...the same product used to cost $100 less, and now they have put a discount of about $100, but already at a higher price of the same $100. They are misleading people with their deception, and as a result there is no real discount. For example, the Xiaomi 15 Ultra phone, which used to cost $1,450, is now priced at $1,550, including the $100 discount.

I don't recommend ordering from this site due to so many fine print issues. You have to sign for deliveries and the restock fees are unnecessarily hefty. If you order something and for some reason it's not up to your standards you'll have to pay the price with your wallet. Buy your phones elsewhere, customers clearly aren't valued here.

Bought a flip 6 refurbished. It did not come with a screen protector and it is no longer under warranty to get it replaced for free. They want to charge me a restocking fee over 100usd to restock.

Don't buy from them scammers sent a phone back for an exchange they received the return they emailed me back and I responded in kind and have not received a repsonce response in 5 days they will just take your money and leave you don't trust these guys

Great customer service. Opened a chat online to verify they actually had the device I was looking for in stock. Chat was very helpful and my reply was received promptly. At the Brampton store the associate was very helpful and knowledgeable.

AYOR - I purchased an ASUS Zenfone 10 in mid-summer 2024 from the store in Toronto – now closed. I was told it was a mint condition “Open Box” returned from Amazon US. Fine until a few months ago when my carrier informed me that I needed a new phone compatible with VoLTE since they were migrating from 3G to 4G/LTE.
Swiftronics sold me a TAIWANESE phone with NO support in North America.
ASUS confirmed that “unfortunately”, VoLTE, Wi-Fi calling/VoWiFi features are not available for the US region phone models at this time and the Taiwanese sold to me can NOT have his firmware updated even if all the hardware components are already on the device.
This phone shouldn’t have been on the Canadian market.
I got scammed - 825$ going to waste.

Swiftronics is pretty bad, they took my order and then cancelled it 4 days after, no explanation. I don't recommend.

Top notch customer service.
I made a mistake and ordered the wrong thing, they helped me find the right product, explained the difference and then emailed me later and discussed shipping options. Haven't gotten the product yet but the customer service was amazing will be shopping here again.

So, there's a lot of bad reviews about these guys, and I was pretty hesitant at first, but I tried anyways and I had a great experience.

First, a lot of people mention damaged electronics or poor quality. I had absolutely no issues with this, my Oneplus Nord 4 came factory packaged and in perfect working condition. I can't vouch for the open box service though, there may be some issues there that I'm not aware of.

I was a bit worried about getting scammed when I ordered too, but they have a good warranty policy and will cover any damage if a product arrives with it, software stuff needs to be sent in and physical damage will lead to you getting a new model. You have a month to call in any problems, so there's plenty of time in case something goes south.

When I was talking with customer service though they mentioned that some phones don't have the bands to work well on some more niche service providers, so before purchasing I would highly recommend checking online, there are plenty of websites to do so on.

The prices are good, the customer service is a bit inconsistent with timing, but overall very good company, and I don't think it deserves any of the hate it gets. Although this is just the experience of one person so don't take it as gospel.

Subject: Extremely Disappointed with My Zenfone 10 Purchase

I recently purchased a Zenfone 10 for $700, expecting an open-box item as advertised. However, what I received was a heavily used phone, clearly several years old, dirty, and even damaged. This is completely misleading and unacceptable.

Paying full price for what is essentially a second-hand, worn-out device is incredibly frustrating. I feel deceived by the false description, and I would not recommend this seller to anyone.

Very disappointed with this purchase.

Originally I tried buying a phone from Swiftronics through Amazon. It was taking a really long time to ship, so I tried doing a bit more research, and found out about their actual website. I cancelled the Amazon order, and bought the phone from their website. The phone on Amazon was listed as "Used - Like New", but the one I received from the website was sealed, and about $100 less. The order from their website was also very fast, and I received the phone two days after ordering it. Everything seems great, and I don't expect any problems with the phone since it is brand new. It's just sort of weird that the Amazon experience is so different.

Bought a new Pixel 7 from them and they sent me a badly rebuilt phone. Stay far away from swiftronics, absolute crooks

I bought two Xiaomi phones on different occasions. The second one was an open box sale and looked and worked just as well as the new one. Was happy with the purchases and never needed to return them so did not deal with that process. Pleased with the email notifications and response times and the quick and secure shipping. Appears they do have stores based in Canada so that is a plus when stuck with online shopping for more options in phone market.

Never order from these crooks! Check their website for every hidden detail on shipping and cancelation etc. Their support are not at all helpful and their website doesn't allow you to manage your own orders. Requested an order cancellation due to mistake and tried contacting support but no one was available - when I finally got through to support, the item had been "processed" already (shipping label created). Cancelling would've incurred fees, which was never made clear during the ordering process and the info is hidden somewhere in their website. There was also no confirm order page prior to placing the order, but this is a Shopify issue and I can't hold Swiftronics responsible for that. Either way, I will never order from this place ever again and will never recommend this place to anyone!

I purchased an Open Box phone and picked up from the Dundas location.

Phone was in Extremely mint condition, no scratches whatsoever. The battery health was 100%.

So far is working very well.

Was told "all sales final." If you choose to risk it, make sure you don't expect to have a problem. I did, so they told me to pound sand.

I'm just glad it was only an accessory and not a thousand dollar phone. Pretty cheap lesson learned when all is said and done.

They charge you extra for fast UPS delivery, but they let your stuff stuck at drop off for days. And customer service never reply my message.
